I would suggest to educate Grindr users the difference between, Like & Role Lingos in India & World?
Hello Support,
When the West has already classified humans into 85+ genders. There might be many more lingos to learn daily.
But, the app becomes toxic to use here in India when people with less literacy in English message others asking "LIKE?", which they actually mean is what role the person plays in bed - either top/bottom/side.
For me, like is something which I like to do as a fantasy. Say 69. But, people are spoiling the lingos.

Users inability to read or write details
Total lack of profiles even being filled out no pics, no tag no bio. Always recently joined and usually stalkers, spamers or some kind of malace.

The ability to block multiple people at once makes the process of blocking faster to increase chances of matching with someone.

Add distance in thumbnails
Add the distance (if the user allows it) directly in the thumbnails of every people.

Posers
We need to be able to get rid of the fake people on here . The ones that ask to chat in whatsapp or.yhe other websites where all the fake / posers are. For instance . I was chatting with someone only to find out that they didn't even live in this country and are using fake pics and distance to lure you in. This needs to stop. Also, no offense here but .. the Asian person not from here that has a million different pics but same person, they nees to be banned. It's spam that I'm tired of.…

Gouinage, Side, Sem Penetração
Grindr should permit use more than one tag for position. For example, I'm a top but also interested in sex without penetration. I would like to be possible using both labels.

I cannot simply type in what I want and let people respond to it.
Top loves to give and receive oral will role play etc etc describe what you will do and what you want very simply and a small paragraph and that people respond

Select weight range along with "Not specified" similar to body types
You should be able to select weight range along with "Not specified" similar to body types. So you both get, for example people above 90 kg and people who have not specified their weight at all, this could be great for age as well, a lot of people don't really fill out their profiles and because this isn't an option you have to tinker with preferences constantly to keep finding people.

“Switch” tag
For someone not overly part of the top/bottom camp, the tag switch would easily help identify people who are more fluid in roles during sex

Would LOVE to have a MANDATORY field regarding smoking. Hate cigarettes and pot. Would save time knowing upfront if they do.
MANDATORY smoking/vaping yes or no! Hate cigarettes and hate pot even more - complete turn off and knowing beforehand would save a lot of time searching.

Allow custom tags
I know you do not have a tag like abdl however this goes against the purpose of tue app as it makes it hard to find more accurate match. I pay monthly and feel the value for money has gone.

Separate app for trans and admirers
At this point there needs to be a separate app. Even with paid subscription filtering is terrible because many many users don’t fill out gender..
I like MEN. Nothing against trans but for the love of god I can’t keep having to manually block trans profiles or internalised homophobes’ profiles. Sexual orientation is different to gender and lumping everyone together for money and ‘inclusivity’ and being forced to repetitively see naked female trans, sissies, cross dressers is honestly a really disgusting big uncalled for off-putting con for me as someone into other men exclusively.

compatibility/‘i’m their type’ filter
I’ve seen a few posts on here suggesting a who-sees-you filter based on age, or location— e.g. that post about a scenario wherein a professor might not want their profile to be displayed to those under 21– i.e. potential students, and it gave me a slightly different idea: filtering the profiles that are displayed to you, to not only meet your search criteria, but also for whom you meet their search critera.
Because it would allow users to see profiles where they match the other person’s search criteria, this feature could help reduce potentially negative or disheartening interactions by connecting…
