transgender app
Have a separate tab for transgender people so they can still be a part of grindr but be able to more easily find what they are looking for Without being turned down or embarrassed or continually feel rejected. I know it bums me out when someone says no and my transgender friends say it happens a lot to them and it kinda sucks because it bothers them a lot to where they don’t want to say hi to people. Sexual orientation options/filters
I have notice recently an incredible amount of accounts of “straight men” and “dl men” seeking trans people as well as a lot of trans people in the app. If I have a free account I have a limited amount of choices already, and if from those choices almost 50% (if not more) are of people that have no interest in me or me in them at all, that leaves me with very little to choose from. Start a new app for str8 guys and transgender CEO’s dressers
This app has essentially become a prostitution ring which you’ve allowed and have done nothing to limit. Your customers suffer. I’m addition the app is supposed to be for gay men looking for gay men. Not a sub culture app for str8 guys and cross dresses and transgender. While I appreciate there needs it’s not what the bill of us are here for.

Filters
Well, when we deactivate the “show me” option in explore, this should not mean that the filter option, for example, the person who deactivated the function does not appear, it is wrong, sometimes you want to see a certain person or a certain audience and you don't see it due to the removal of seeing it in explore, it's okay that there are unwanted contacts but the filters don't match the exploration, if you think like that the whole app is about exploration. It's a big hunt.

Tinder Mode
Grindr could have a kind of "Tinder Mode" button, that when turned on would allow people to chat me only if we have sent mutual Taps. Everything in my profile, including online or offline status, would still be visible, the only difference would be the chat initially blocked for everyone.

It would be nice to add tag for Onlyfans creators (OF, OnlyFans, Creator or Collaborations)
I think you would close a problem for a lot of creators with that. I'd agree to pay for a subscription 100% for feature like this.

My biggest pain is that we're being teired as if the money that you pay (or don't pay) links you to a certain quality of person.
People will spend money they don't have for privileges and in order to participate in popular activities that make them feel like they belong.
People who have money pay what's posted because they will.
So why financially section off the apps abilities to paying customers? A full access fee for all based on time (24hr,weekly, monthly) makes more sense.
Charging this for this and that for that wreaks of segregation. Is that who we want to be?2 votes -
Add “cuddles” to the “what we’re looking for” tag
Some people are asexual or sometimes just arent currently looking for sex. Sometimes, we’re just wanting to hold or be held- no sex. So many people will think “cuddles/cuddling” as a name means to cuddle and then have sex- it would be more efficient to have a “position” as “cuddle” or “no sex” even. Having your position only eludes to the fact that u might wind up wanting sex. We need something for those of us with a strict no sex boundary for that time period at least.

Have a distance limit filter - so guys over a certain distance won’t appear. Make it also apply to not have you appear to others too.
Add a distance filter. Make it apply to others not seeing you over that distance also optionally.

Make Tags available for everybody.
I once had it available and to this day people are texting me about them, and I can't change or even see them. It would be great to have tags back.

If allowing types sought in profile
If allowing people to post type looking for, either bring in a filter to exclude those you aren’t interested in or prevent discriminatory search statements in profiles can’t have it both ways

Str8 Trans Attracted category
Have a category for straight men that are attracted to transforming to identify themselves as . The majority of Trans. Women are not gay and the men that like Transwoman are not gay either. Grindr may have gender pronouns but it does not support Transpeople by separating gender from sexual orientation. Grindr classifying Transwoman and the men who like them as gay only adds to the suppression and stereotypes that are placed on them by society. Add swipe matching for farther reach
I hope it will have swipe matching feature like the other dating apps so I can reach not only my neighbors who know me but also in other cities by chance. And also to save TIME from abusers/rapists/posers in advance. I have privacy issues and someone used to blackmail me because of that. That nearby option alone is the reason why the app is brutal and invites more criminal. The DOMINO EFFECT it has in every user is so prominent.
