Deberian crear otra app para mujeres trans, es incomodo que mi radar wste lleno de mujeres trans. Por lo general son muchos hombres gay que usamos la app y que no nos gusta el contacto con mujeres trans. Buscamos hombres gay, hombre curiosos, hombres trans. Nada de tetas. Por favor hagan algo. Limiten el ingreso a las chicas trans. O generen un apartado donde no se le difilcute.

Bring back ethnicity preference
Is one not allowed in this sensitive world to be allowed to have a preference discrimination free, especially when you pay for this bug and glitch app to be able to view what you like without prejudice. Grow a back bone Grindr and bring back this feature.

Require verified face/body pictures in profiles. Maybe include the water marks?
Require at least 1 face/body picture in the profile that’s verified. Maybe include the watermark as authentication. Maybe have profile pics be unable to be screenshotted or recorded. No blank profiles allowed.

Non disclosure
Instead of just accusing users of advertising and solicitation, maybe quote where such user has dine so. User may have unwillingly made this error yet get threatened with banning of account. Maybe you should just ban everyone with no proof. This app is losing momentum. Specially with all these unsolicited adverts which is a complete irritation. Grindr needs to get with the times and take that carrot out its backside

Allow us to turn off grid for new people and only stay with those in the chat.
It would be good if one is overwhelmed by the amount of new people or even if one is trying to stop hooking up but still have like 2 people that they wanna talk to through the app, if they could turn off grid for them and turn off their profile for others. Allowing them to use the chat feature but not new ones. Tinder and Hinge “pause” your profile for new ones and allow you to still chat with the ones you have, same could be done here.

AI and Facial Recognition for Spambot detection
These profiles often reuse the same formatting, social media links, pictures etc. Grindr should be using AI and Facial recognition to spot and remove Spambots before they even become active on the app.

Simplify report reasons
What is spam? What is fake? What is asking for location and telegram in the first message? I don't know. Let me just report without bothering me with category. I can type why if you need. But now it's a puzzle. Do you even use the reason? Make reporting faster given the shitload of automatic messages!

Word filter
Dear GrindR,
I had been using your service since I was 18, and recently, in the world of AI more and more BOT accounts spreading spams on your platform. It is hard to tackle with it both as a moderator and user.
To tackle this issue I think a “word filtering system” could be adapted. Most unsolicited spams and ads are worded the same or most similar ways. If users could add those words or sentences to their Word Filter it could automatically improve user experience.

Distance
Earlier versions allows to see our favorite person distance, so that I contact him easily. Updated version not able to see. If I filter to see the distance also not showing.
Also need to improve online time it should update every minute even after 1 hour also it need to show like for example 1 hour 3 minutes ago, 10 hours 5 minutes etc.3 votes -
Galley Tab with photos sent on messages
Create a tab where people can see a gallery of images sent on messages without having to scroll back the entire feed. The tab can be next to albuns. Also pleaaaase don’t make it limited because this is just an easier way to search for the images already sent to the user and xtra features are way too expensive!!
People can also go to someone profile from the photo, same way albuns allow.
Also if you could make albuns free of limit it would be great! People already have the incentive to subscribe to see more people nearby, other limited…1 vote -
removing links / social media handles
REMOVING links/and other things like connecting social medias only leads to spam users abusing grindr as a way to promote there business or lead users away from the app and into other suspicious links. If a user wants to share that information it should only be done via messages if the connection between two users is genuine. Instead of spam accounts creating accounts that arent ment for what the app is intended for and just creating a stream of billboards

Block All Female Sex Worker Profiles!
I am constantly inundated by profiles (with obviously fakes pics) from supposed trans female sex workers on here. On at least 3 occasions, the individual contacting me stated that they were under 18 (I took screenshots in each case to have on-hand if they are ever needed for legal reasons). It is extremely disappointing that Grindr freely allows women on this site now, let alone women who try to offer paid sexual services to gay men (the stupidity of which is astounding!). These days I seem to spend at least 50% of my time on Grindr trying to block female…

Mutual Blocking
When someone blocks, give the other person a 5 minute window to block them back, to avoid unblocking and harassing that way.

Quicker spam report-and-block
Currently reporting and blocking a spam account takes at least seven steps: open chat, tap the three dots, spam, next, submit, (…), attach chat, block. Make it much quicker please. Spam accounts are obvious and annoying. They start a chat with one picture soliciting an external site and it should not take this many steps to report and block them.

Roaming location
Show exact distance of a profile when we are roaming from one location and when we choose some location show the nearest profiles not the profile which are far away from that location and also show the distance exactly from our own location to that location in current version when we choose some location and see the profiles it doesn't show exact location it only shows the state and city not show exact location and when we try to message them after that we can see our exact distance which most of times are far away from us like 50…
