I had been using your service since I was 18, and recently, in the world of AI more and more BOT accounts spreading spams on your platform. It is hard to tackle with it both as a moderator and user.
To tackle this issue I think a “word filtering system” could be adapted. Most unsolicited spams and ads are worded the same or most similar ways. If users could add those words or sentences to their Word Filter it could automatically improve user experience.
Word filter also could be used for people who are sensitive to cursing, or any other kind of distress. The filter also could serve as a new platform to increase both awareness an user experience.
