6. Solve the bugs you have

   Ever since the last 2 updates you did the app is not working as it should. Not refreshing, messages not delivered or very late after sending. When on 4G not possible to refresh only when online with wifi
   Etc etc

   And don’t blame it on the internet provider as done in my tickets. A lot of my friends are facing same issues and we are all users of different providers…

9. Default keyboard language

   For multilingual users:
   Each chat should remember the last language used so that you don’t have to constantly change keyboard language between conversations. WhatsApp and other chat apps do it, so it shouldn’t be too complicated. Would be very convenient in Europe!!

12. The app is not working!

    The last weeks the app is terrible! Many messages are not delivered, 8 out of 10 times there are no notifications for taps, 8 out of 10 times albums don’t open from chat and have to restart the app, and at certain time of the day the app runs very very slow. I know I am not the only one having these problems because many more people I chat with are complaining about the same issues.
    Are you finally going to fix them or will we have to cancel our expensive subscriptions and look for another app that works better and is cheaper?

13. Try better because this is a bad joke

    This app in place of getting better each year it's getting worse and more annoying and every time I use it I ask my self what will be the today suprise because every time it's something else and it's so damm annoying.i am wondering what kind of people working and are responsible for this but they need a better training

15. High Cost = Glitches

    This app is non-stop glitches. There are so many I can’t even keep track. For the amount of money that we pay for an unlimited subscription, it would be nice to have a smooth functioning application. I think I’m not alone in saying that the only reason many of pay for this app is because of its wide-spread use. If there was an alternative, I would switch in a heart beat. We deal with it because of the amount of people who use Grindr. That is the only reason I continue to pay for it. Please get some software developers who are solely devoted to making this app a nice smooth experience for the paid users. We should not have to constantly force close the app, refresh, resend, or re-do anything. It’s extremely annoying. Messages do not come immediately which creates the illusion that someone did not respond in a timely manner. This is so bad, I’m seeing it in the bio of profiles. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to fix all these reoccurring glitches with chat and other functions. Why do so many other apps works nice and smooth without constant troubleshooting by the user? Grindr will continue to lose more users if these issues are not resolved. You guys have had decades to perfect this experience. If you had a better quality product, you would not need to charge so much for a subscription because you would have 5X as many users as you do now. Someone will do better eventually and it will be a slow demise of this app.

16. Make location available to be always on. iPhone location is shared while using app but constantly prompts to update location.

    I don’t want to have to hassle with constantly trying to update location or iPhone continuously prompting because location says it is out of date when it isn’t. Allow it to be an option to share location as “always on.”
