1. Can’t report if blocked while writing report

   If you are trying to report someone threatening you and you can’t do it fast enough they can block you without you ever being able to report them. It should be made that the second file the report button you are locked into the report. This is scary that you have to be rushed to report someone harassing you. I was typing what happened after pressing report, then selecting harassment. Then I got blocked.

2. Profile order in search results randomized

   Previously were all profiles sorted according to the distance, and since recently there are search results where there inserted many profiles with much bigger distance making sorting accord to distance not valid any more. This makes the usage of the app really hard and the app looses its purpose.

   Would be good to have another app with user ratings, though maybe seperate to main. Should be limited to how many you can post and maybe paid only to prevent fakes though.

7. BRING BACK BLOCK

   This Hide function is useless. Being unable to block communication from unwanted profiles/people when they harrass you is a no no. tmThis is nkt only an annoyance but a safety issue. No one shoukd have to deal with persistant people when they open an app and cannot get rid of them, especially when they are in your vicinity

9. Improve Connection Potential: Required Complete Profiles with Stats & Tagging

   I’d like to suggest a feature that could significantly improve how users connect on the app. Currently, many profiles are blank, which makes it difficult to find and engage with others meaningfully.

   To address this, I recommend requiring users to complete some basic profile stats (e.g., age, height, position) along with tags that provide quick context. Ideally, there would be two sets of tags:
   • “I Am” Tags (e.g., Daddy, Jock, Newbie, etc.)
   • “I’m Into” Tags (e.g., Kink, Older, Younger, Oral only, etc.)

   This would make profiles more informative at a glance and help users find compatible matches faster.

   Additionally, there’s some confusion around the current tag system. For example, some people select Bottom because that’s their role, while others use it to indicate they’re looking for bottoms. By separating identity tags (“I Am”) from interest tags (“I’m Into”), this ambiguity would be resolved.

   Overall, requiring minimal profile details plus structured tags would improve efficiency, clarity, and the overall user experience.

    Updated app:
    1. Minimal age range is doubled
    2. Too frequents commercial
    3. Less available profile
    4. Hide profile instead of block

    5.Technical issue - Lots of repeating bugs with no support
    6. No improvement of app for costumer beneficial or better performance.

    This is just to most clear issues.

13. Illegal Deleting Of Taps By Grindr

    It is illegal for a host website to intervene or interfere with private messages and correspondence between it's users. This would include the deletion of unread e-mails (and for simplicity I am excluding the situation relating to users deleted after communicating.)

    However, when it comes to taps I find that when I log on there are often a few taps which have been "timed out" and which I cannot identify unless I pay. This is illegal because a tap is a form of private communication as much as saying "hi" is between two members and that having been initially accessible for an hour or so by the recipient if online they are deemed to have been sent and received.

    Whilst Grindr can, of course, only allow the sending of Taps by those who pay, the effective deleting of them after being sent is an abusive and illegal interference in private communication between members.

    This situation is exacerbated by the fact that after logging off ones online presence does not instantly switch off resulting in the other person send the taps believing one is online.

    This is surely illegal and needs to be addressed.

    The amount of profile that puts up blatant racist content and then the inexperienced follower fools think that's the next trend. It's humiliating and honestly I begun to despise the ideas you bring on. I rather have fools to block by racial preferences and by that saving me another day to go through peacefully than to find bigots with small p**** and from background of stealing cultures trying to cancel others

18. Get rid of ‘for you’ I don’t want to be suggested women on Grindr

    The ‘for you’ feature is very poor, the point of Grindr is to find MEN in your LOCAL AREA, the explore searches are good, but I don’t need women or people miles away put at the top of my feed and suggested for me. You should be ashamed to be charging gay men so much money only to then homophobiclly shove women and trans in their faces. Disgrace.
