Taps funcionality
I work like to make a suggestion. Probably if it happens it would be a paid service but anyway. It should be an option to turn on/off the TAP funcionality and so being unable to send and receiving TAPs. At the time it's was a great ideia for a lot of people, but people like me often forget to see the TAPs tab. There are lot of people who just don't use it and don't like they use it to them, so it should be optional. Probably in a near future you realise that.

This is likely because they view gay men/tran women as less likely to be able to defend themselves or because they assume that men hooking up on the platform are closeted and therefore less likely to report crimes such as robbery and violence to law enforcement. These criminals rarely work alone and often have multiple fake profiles on Grindr. Age of profile displayed publicly
I’m getting harassed by this one guy who keeps creating new profiles and that led me to realize that it would be wonderful if it was possible to display the date/month and year of profile creation publicly - that way you would know who’s out there to harass you and who’s been around for much longer (i.e. they must be legit). I’m getting tired and anxious of this one particular person trying to catfish me (I’m probably not alone) and it’s not easy to report that kind of stuff, so such an indicator would be very helpful.

Si alguien te acosa o te amenaza y luego te bloquea no puedes hacer nada para denunciarlo. Permitís que el acoso y otros delitos queden impunes y que todas las pruebas de delito desaparezcan. La app está llena de perturbados que hacen lo que quieren y la mecánica de app es cómplice

Disable distance displayed if user hides his distance
If users choose to hide their distance then they should nt be allowed to view the distance of others. What goes around comes around. It should be fair for what ever reason a user wants to hide his distance even though Grindr isn't acurate he should loose the option to view others distance.
Trust works both ways.

Remove access to older versions of the app which are easily hacked and can be used to view all photos in albums without being granted access
Apparently older versions of this are modified to an extent that creates very real privacy issues because it allows the user to video call any user without being notified on the other end. Allowing them to access the camera of any chosen user. If you guys need guidance on which exact versions are being exploited just email me and I'll get that info for you guys!!

Quando alguém bloqueia ou é bloqueado a conversa com a pessoa continue aparecendo, só apareça uma mensagem no final da conversa indicando que você bloqueou a pessoa ou foi bloqueado.

Option to turn of live video chat
When the users try to connect via Live video calls, it's annoying. Kindly add the option in the settings to block unless the user activates it.

Block from IP/mac device
You should add a function when you block a user you'll also be able to block any new account that person creates. Honestly it's so annoying when people create multiple accounts

Add VoIP phone number verification.

Identity proof
Provide a density proof like cash app where you take a picture of the photo of the person or a picture of themselves that way you know people are safe on the app.

Automatically update age annually with ID verification.
To many people at 10+ years off on their age.
