An error occurred while saving the comment I'd like even if there was an option to forbid profiles without any social media from sending me text messages. They could be allowed only to send me pics, like screenshots of their Instagram profiles. I could be able to start conversation with them, but only If I wanted to do so.

Yes! And as I've suggested here: they need to END with the possibility of double clicking on the profile to open the chat without opening the profile first.
