I think it is a HUGE mistake that when someone blocks you the entire chat disappears--alone from the standpoint of safety, especially if you have shared private information with them. Having the conversation & that person's profile disappear makes it impossible to report someone for inappropriate behavior. Being blocked (often for no reason rather than cowardice) is also like a slap in the face and adds to our cynicism about other men and the way we treat each other. At least on Adam4Adam one can still re-read the convo and take appropriate action if necessary, or reflect on what went wrong.

I know Grinder depends on ad sales for income, but some of the ads are not only obtrusive but almost IMPOSSIBLE to click off. Lately the ads for ROYAL MATCH seem to pop up every fifteen minutes, to the point where I am going frigging nuts. Frankly the persistence of these ads is so annoying I wonder that ANYONE would ever play their stupid game at all... personally I want I want the King to get crushed by the rock, fall off the mountain, get run over by the mining cart, crap in his pants, and stop annoying everyone! As bad as those PayPal gaming ads Grinder used to run. And I know one can pay for a membership and avoid these--but ads that you cannot click off (I sometimes literally have to log off to close the window) are beyond obnoxious and do neither Grinder or the companies running the ads any favors. Frankly, I'm surprised Grinder doesn't police their advertisers more carefully as some of these ads border on harassment. Seriously.
