Restrictions on what I write in my profile
The ‘no old’ restriction on my profile is very bizarre. In my profile I state “around my age or older”, which is now getting flagged as me writing ‘no old’. I’m 28 years old, it would be extremely inappropriate and predatory of me to go after someone who’s 18 or 19, which is why I try to filter out teens who message me on this app with that sentence. Mandatory Verified Age/Face
The fact that there are so many blank profiles or profiles held by much older men targeting younger men is unsafe. This leads to predatory behavior, and makes it easy for bots to invade the app. There should be some kind of way to make it mandatory to send a photo ID to verify the person is real.

we should be able to choose which age groups can see our profiles and which we don't. That way, as a 20 year old, i won't feel uncomfortable seeing 50 year olds view me

PROTECT YOUTH
I can’t believe I got flagged for having ‘no old’ in my bio. Maybe if your app protected users from everyone and anyone making sexual advances on them, you wouldn’t need to do such a thing. But to go a step further and to have ‘age inclusive’ language your standard is absolutely ridiculous. I know this isn’t the first suggestion regarding this matter. Mutual exchange of pics
If someone request a pic and you send it they can not retrieve the picture without sending a picture also to unlock the pic that you send, stop ppl feel vulnerable online after sending pictures and then getting no response or even blocked straight afterwards security flaws allow you to turn off your data and still screen shot expiring pics then reboot the app and turn data signal back on allow them to steal your image without anyone knowing ,

Extortion and blackmail as a result of cat fish unverified accounts
Grindr, to the best of my knowledge, is the only platform of its kind that does not verify users. Now I acknowledge that Grindr will not confirm this, but at least 25% of all active accounts are troll/cat fish accounts that are on the platform for the sole objective of masking their identity to lure legitimate users in, only to steal our (sometimes intimate) personal property. Reporting after blocking
Some men open interesting chats. Ask for continuing after whatsapp. Offer "help" in commercial things - and block if saying "no".
So no chance to report that to you.
Just happend with profile-name "Slim".
But I had same experiences with others.

Blocking users and any accounts they may create
I think it is in the interest of the grindr community's safety to create a "Block user and any accounts they may create" feature. I've been harassed by several people who simply make a new blank account and then approach me in app. They make new accounts almost weekly and their undesired contact has persisted for going on two years. I block them every single time. Once he even catfished me with other people's pictures. I highly recommend a feature that links blocks accounts by registration information so that undesired contact is limited.

Sexual safety
There should be a feature to allow you to anonymously tell someone to go for STI testing to allow people who have recently tested positive for something to alert others they hooked up with that they need to get treated as well.
If the feature is abused to harass others, this can be detected by identifying individuals who send these alerts with abnormal frequency to people they haven't had a reciprocal conversation with in the past or whose initial conversation was too recent and they couldn't possibly have had enough time to hook up with them and get tested. You have alot of profiles on your app in the area that are being apart of a crime using knowledge of who i am by using it as a hate crime
You have individuals using your app and spoofing there location to go against innocent victims to encite anger towards myself. By harming my family members holding my mother hostage and confined in her home and leaving with my little 19 year old sister and raping her and putting her to do unspeakable things to them. STI notifications
You should be able to mark profiles that you've met with (even if either party has blocked), and then if you test positive for an STI Grindr can push out a notification to get tested to all of those user profiles - possibly via SMS/email in case the user is inactive

There’s bad people
It happens more than one that people is asking for link. Send the “address” and when you go there people block you. This kind of person can do that all the times they want and I can’t do anything about it because am blocked.
