I was robbed on new years by a member on Grindr. When i used his face with a caption on thief you guys blocked me and took me off the site
There is no way the cops r my self could find the guy after he blocked me. Not fair. I want justice and ur Grindr app allowed him to fall into the shadows to do it again.

Proove a face profile with a 3D verification

Start showing the history and reason why someone gets banned. Especially when they have paid for membership!
Show the reason why you have blocked someone's account. There should be a definite description of why with screen shots. And if you are a paid member why not do the strikes like other chat places.

Using IP address filter out business users such as escorts and other users seeking monetary benefits
Why can’t Grindr keep a log of IP address of users who have been reported as looking for monetary benefits. They keep coming back under different guises and/or already have multiple logins. How many can they spoof using VPN’s or hotspots ?

More thorough investigation of unsubstantiated complaint s
I think it's ludicrous that troll groups and stalkers and such can make several profiles and file false reports against people they're stalking to have them banned from an app that some of them have been banned from themselves for far worse reasons. There should be more thorough investigating into these claims I if 30 people report one person repeatedly and they never even have conversations with that person. MAJOR SECURITY RISK
Grindr Is a major security risk to the safeness of users and people within the community. Ever since I started using the app men have been using my images as their profile pictures to both sell drugs and suggest sexual activity. Sometimes catfishing young men and luring them to locations. Self Exclusion for sex and other addictions
I have been seeing a counsellor for three years now. But the wide scale availability of drugs on Grindr or through people who use Grindr mean that it’s almost impossible for me to not download Grindr each week and start bad habits again. No joke. It’s possibly o find someone to buy drugs on Grindr in <20 minutes. Do not require anyone to post their HIV status
People should be allowed to post WHEN they were last tested without being required to indicate the results of the test. The emphasis should be on taking an HIV test, and there should be less value given to sharing the results of the HIV test. HIV test results are a very personal matter.

Present a stern warning to underage users for profiles claiming age 18 (or < 21)
If there’s not going to be any real verification, Underage users need to be informed of the serious risks to their own safety, and the potential to destroy lives of the adults they contact. Advise them that their parent/guardian will be notified and held liable for their behavior. AND that repeat offenders can be charged as adults for endangering the lives of those they contact. sometimes minors may reach out because they have suicidal thoughts or their lives are in danger. Remind them to seek help from parents, counselors, teachers, relatives, neighbors, or call 911.

Please make such safe spaces in the app where individuals experiencing bullying at school, college or other educational or workplace can share being anonymous. Every individual needs someone to vent out their concerns. I live in india where LGBTQ isn't much appreciated, i have seen news of young students committing suicide for getting bullied on basis of their sexual orientation. Make it so ppl can screenshot conversations and pictures, make it so ppl can turn on an option that no one can take their conversation any where but the app. And/or have disappearing messages. Because ppl like to out others to be petty and it's not cool.

Expiring albums
It should be possible when I share an album, that I can define how long it will be available to one person. Or that it was defined as a default that the album would be available for a certain period of time. That way it wouldn't be necessary to keep revoking albums access, when you've reached the sharing limit.

Better Account Security with Login Session Visibility
Have an option in settings to see the currently logged in devices with date/time and IP. The ability to log these sessions out if they are old or someone else would help when people are trans bashing you and visibly deleting your messages after forcing you into homelessness using similar tactics.

Restrict who can see me by age filter
Make it so we can restrict who is able to view our profiles based on an age filter. E.g making it so no one under 25 can view my profile.
This would be great for professionals who may work with people who use the app *e.g people who work with queer youth, teachers, counsellors (me) etc.
