With all these kind of experiences present in a local forum will help local users of that area to be alerted and cautious

Ban Nudity from app
The fact there’s so many nude photos top or bottom that’s being allowed to be posted is so disgusting no one wants to see fat fuck ugly hairy body’s/ or pictures of lower halfs this is wrong and uncalled for ban every/any kind of nudity from this app NOW

Before, I use to not be able to take screenshots from grindr at one point, and now I can again. Can we get that feature again? I dont feel safe. This app is like everyone throwing sensitive picture and you should mediate by making whats in grindr stays in grindr

Harassment preventions
The Hide feature prevents anti-social behaviour in the LGBTQ community. But it also opened up a new way for people to do harm to others. I received some gibberish text from people, and before I could respond, they blocked me immediately. So this is how people get around blocking people because of their race, for example.
This is a nuisance, sort of a harassment, and an attack from the members who are being toxic. Please improve the blocking feature. For example, don't allow the members to block without a response when they initiate the chat or tap within 24 hours.…

Feature Request: Mandatory Wait Period Before Blocking After Sharing Albums or Photos
I’d like to suggest a feature that could enhance user experience and prevent potential misuse: introducing a mandatory waiting period before a user can block someone they’ve just shared an album or photos with.
This would help avoid situations where content is shared and then immediately hidden via blocking, which can be confusing or concerning to recipients. A brief delay (e.g., 1–2 hours) could give both parties clarity and encourage more thoughtful interactions.

Let me hide my profile from distant users
When travelling, it would be nice to be able to hide my profile from users more than a certain distance away. You could implement threshold levels (1 mile, 2, 5, 10, and 50?) for users to select not being seen beyond that distance.

Helping people battle drug addiction(most of the community)
I just wanted to submit an Idea. Drugs seem to be a big problem in the community, especially meth amphetamine and MDMA. I honestly was not even bi-sexual until I tried meth. I learned that I could always find it on grindr. Almost everyone on the app in my town is on drugs. I have tried deleting all of my contacts and blocking them that have any kind of afiliations with it but anytime I start to fiend for it I know I can get on grindr and someone will contact me wanting to use and have sex. Need to be able to add updates after reporting a profile
I recently reported a profile for suspected scamming. After I reported the profile I got more information confirming my suspension of the scam and I can now prove without a doubt that this profile is being used to extort people. There is no way to update or add to your report I haven't gotten an email the profile is still up and running and when I try to send a report with just email it won't let me. Come on grinder get it together.

Interest Age Range
Like on tinder, you should be able to set the age range you’re interested in; there for only showing you’re account to that age range. This would stop older men taking advantage of younger men, also have age verification; profile user would have to send a photo of there ID to get there age verification which would add a blue tick or whatever symbol you want to said account.

The new change to the ability to block is a terrible idea. People who are not out are at risk of exposure from people who are.
They should be able to block people who they know will out them before they are discovered

REMOVE covid Vaccination
COVID vaccine has been scientifically proven to be entirely ineffective. It does not reduce the ability to contract the virus. It also does not decrease the propensity to spread the virus to others. The already lengthy list of very serious side effects continues to grow.

Block accounts that users will create in the future
On Facebook and Instagram it gives you the option to just block this specific account or block all accounts this person may create in the future. There are people that genuinely make me nervous when I use the app and I have blocked them. Then a couple months later they just make a new account. I want to get on Grindr and no I will not have to deal with someone I have blocked previously.
