2. Terrible judgment on the developers part regarding muck locations. Are you idiots?

   Look I get it You can create an app You can write code You can do a lot of things but apparently you have no idea what responsibility is and you have a terrible terrible definition of the idea of safety and privacy and this is in regards to the ability to use a mock location. Granted there should be limitations to such a right and you should absolutely control it but denying the ability to use it and claiming as a safety and privacy concern is literally ass backwards so much that it would make a homosexual repulsed specifically because of the terminology I used to express how much of an idiot you guys are. What the fuck are you thinking. You don't deny this ability, You allow it with specific guidelines and restrictions but you absolutely allow it as in you can't mock your location states away cities away You can mock your location to keep you safe within a few miles and it's not that hard to think of that. I would rather put my official location on paper just a few addresses away or a court away so that way people have the general idea of where you live and whether or not they're willing and able to meet. But if you try to put your thing multiple cities or multiple counties away then obviously that's not a good practical use. And even then I would argue that you should be able to allow exceptions for if a person is wanting to move somewhere to see what it's like in that city but only for a limited time these are things that are easy to think of, stipulations that are not denying rights. This is a safety oriented feature. It's not meant to be able to cruise the rest of the world to see what you can find elsewhere and troll people. Fire the person on your staff who said that was the reason why this was invented because it was not. Mock locations are meant for two things education and safety. Because with today's technology and I'm sure that your nerds understand this I mean the fact is is that you can literally pinpoint my location down to "0 ft away." That is not the letter o just in case you're morons are confused, That is a zero represented in number form. Meaning all it takes is persistence for someone that you rejected meeting but were not so much of an impolite person that you block the person like most the assholes on your app, And that psychopath that just has to be very very persistent and sure enough he can find exactly where you are just by that number counting down from miles to feet to zero. And then much like you almost had on your hands almost I repeat blood on your hands, Oh right sorry this is the person that wanted to work with you and actually discuss how to improve safety regulations with this app to keep people safe because of the drive-by shooting that we suffered directly because of this app. See the psychopath that would come by is the exact one who came by and literally did a drive-by at my house in a very nice neighborhood in Orangevale California. This is a nice neighborhood I don't think there's ever been a shooting on this court. And the use of mock locations could have prevented that So which one of your dumb fucking employees thinks that it's not safe to allow mock locations? Unless you are actually homophobic and have a devious plan to kill all homosexuals bisexuals in anybody who strays from the norm then it makes zero sense that you would be willing to block the ability to use mock locations. And I mean none of those words with any hyperbole whatsoever I truly truly do not understand the idiocy behind that decision. 7. Instagram link should require VERIFICATION

   You should be required to VERIFY YOUR INSTAGRAM LINK with the login process!

   (It's crazy to me that this is not in place like on Tinder)
   Verification is so important, partly for our safety to avoid catfishers with malicious intent.
   But most of all for the VICTIMS of identity theft and defamation. It's crazy to me that you will allow anyone to personate someone with a profile link.

   There are so many people, straight and gay, that report this problem on public forums, and how this abuse is a big issue to them.

8. Require ID pics.

   Everyone is so scared of minors creeping into this website, it’s not safe for them and there are some creeps on this site that would love to take advantage of it. I suggest requiring everyone to upload some form of picture ID that shows age and face. It would also be good for safety just in case anything ever were to happen to someone and they become a victim of a crime, Grindr would have access to their identity to help the case.

    Right now we are all aware there are many individuals who have fake profiles, and even individuals who are scamming people. I understand people want to be discreet, but there should be a feature kind of like tinder where you actually get a checkmark for being verified with your profile. Somebody in the past created a fake profile trying to sextort me which I ended up reporting to the FBI. The problem is they blocked my profile right away before I was able to report it to Grindr. There are too many scam artists on here with bad intentions. There should be a community where people should feel safe. That is why I think there needs to be a way to get verified if a person chooses.

16. Make it possible to be invisible to other people in certain geographic areas like work or home for privacy.

    This would allow you to not be seen by people near your home (neighbors) or coworkers. But even more importantly, for people like me who work in education, we wouldn’t have to worry about our students finding us if we forget to swipe the app closed before heading to work or something. Our students wouldn’t be able to find us by opening the app with a fake account they’ve created (not that hard to fake their age) and all the sudden there we are connected in a very inappropriate way because of our close proximity in that moment. I’m sure education is not the only problematic profession for this; doctors, therapist, judges, there’s gays in all professions even when those professions make it less than welcoming for us. It would help to have some privacy protections like being invisible to people in certain geographic locations.

    Verify everyone even if they want to hide their profiles pictures, but at least we know they are verified.

    Just have options to allow hide and unhide profile to whoever they are interested with instead of sending them the pictures directly just unhide but not allow screenshots.
