Make it so screenshots can’t be taken of albums
Albums are there to help keep nudes only to the people you want to have them and you can stop someone from looking at your album later, but if they can take screenshots, there’s no point

Profile pics
Could it be possible to have a feature that anyone who does not have a profile pic not be able to message you. I don’t want someone who has a landscape pic or some random pic messaging me. It’s a waste of time. It’s dumb to hear someone say “sorry I’m DL I don’t send pics” NP no chat should be a feature you can turn on to block users who will not send a headshot or a pics of who they are. Or maybe have it as a filter.

Fake profiles reported= incentives
Since you don’t screen profiles when they are made, and it seems people on the grid do more security then you do. Once people have successfully reported fake profiles or bots maybe they can get a prize, like a free week of grindr x or something like that. Since it is almost a daily occurrence for getting fake profiles in your dms

When reporting someone put a place for scammers. And when a scammer is reported enough times shut their account down
You don't have any place to report scammers. And we users are tired of see all the scammers trying to get gift cards or cashapp. Or only fans or Snapchat or WhatsApp. Give us users a option to report scammers and take it seriously and if reports show scammers remove them and prevent them from making a new account to scam people we all are tiered of it and we are starting to go to different apps as we can nolonger find companionship on here with out fitting though hundreds of scammers filling up the screen

cloudstream
CloudStream is a modular, open-source Android application that serves as a media player engine rather than a content provider. Unlike traditional streaming services, it contains no built-in media; instead, it allows users to install third-party extensions or "repositories" that scrape the web for movie and TV show links. Because it is ad-free, supports Chromecast, and features a highly customizable interface for both mobile and Android TV, it has become a popular choice for users seeking a centralized, lightweight hub for streaming diverse online content without subscription fees.

vanced apk
To pitch the idea of a "Vanced" version of the app on the Grindr Feedback forum, focus on the user experience rather than just the APK itself by suggesting a more streamlined, "lite" version of the interface that prioritizes essential features and reduces intrusive elements. You can frame your proposal around the need for a more optimized performance and a cleaner UI, similar to the philosophy of Vanced, which would improve Safety & Privacy by reducing background processes and making the platform more accessible for users with older hardware or limited data plans. Focusing on "cleaner design" and "uninterrupted flow"…

Verificacion

Reported users notifications
Sometimes im catching myself instead of interacting with grindr users i am just looking for catfish, bots, scams, users offering escort services, selling drugs etc.etc profiles. I got addicted to this especially now when grindr full of them. We report them, but we dont know the outcome. if grindr actually banned them or even investigated these profiles. Would be good if you guys could notify what actions was taken. Something similar to Instagram when I report profile, after few days I get notification what happened after investigation: if profile was suspended, no action was taken, profile was notified about breach…

A 3-6 month waiting period should be implemented on those who delete their accounts to then recreate another account and harass people.
The app should regulate and automatically place a waiting period on those accounts that are deleted. Typically the person deleting the account will create yet another one immediately. This is done if they are blocked by people, they then harass those who blocked them again and again and again. Creating fictitious accounts as a form of harassment.
