$1 for 3 hidden pictures
Please, trying to get someone to pay $29/momth (or something) for XTRA, make it available to purchase individual features that they want. In MY case, I prefer non-screenshottable photos and multiple albums over the advanced filters. I promise, I’d much, MUCH rather pay 2.99/momth for hidden pictures over that horrible $39/month xtra subscription. Im a senior vp of marketing on a daily basis (fortune 5 company). Making that subscription number look smaller (and not by the week, (golds gym suffered from this), offer maybe $10/month for hidden pics and (unlimited hidden pics and erasable addresses) this is SIMPLE privacy.

Stop degrading the service for free (and XTRA) users
I appreciate that you need to make money to fund the app, but you also state that "ads keep the app free" whilst degrading the service constantly for free users. This is a big problem for paying subscribers, as new, free users stop using the app and the paying users just see the same faces over and over again.

Too expensive
I was wondering if you could, please, put down
the unlimited option price. It is extremely expensive, not everybody drinks vodka with soda as the ad says, also we don’t have the same opportunities depending were we live. Guys who live in big or tourist cities have more variety and chances with the free version than the ones who live in villages or small cities, the same for job opportunities well paid. Ways of Searching
It would be nice if we could search by hashtags 1 or a multiple of to 5. That way I could search for what's hard to find like for an example: Dom Top ltr outdoors workingout no-smoking. Than search and only those with the same hashtags will come up and when it does it starts with the guys that matched the most of the hashtags you had chosen on your search. The removal of features that I’ve paid for
I think what you have done is deceitful and disgusting behaviour. To actually remove services that have been paid for in advance through subscription, only to add them to a higher level subscription cannot be legal. Where is the notice to the change to terms of subscription? Since the introduction of the unlimited level, there’s been a constant watering down and now removal of features for the XTRA subscribers with no compensation or even explanation. Enough is enough! Increase free video call limit atleast upto 5 mintues
60 secs is not enough. Can you please increase the limit, if not five minutes, then please set a reasonable range, say 150 seconds. This feature is the only way to make sure, one is not getting into a bobby trap as there is a tradition of sharing fake pictures here.
Please give it a thought and consider accepting this genuine request. The xtra/unlimited feature is unaffordable for middle class Indians.

WTF?? PHOTO APPROVERS NEED TO UP THE ANTE!
For those of us that work to pay for our beloved ad-free app, certainly most, if not all of us would love it if whomever is approving photos for public profile use… they should really speed it up. I hate waiting what feels like hours for you guys to get my pics approved. Shame!

“Viewed Me”
The first 3 of the viewed me was available for free and with the xtra membership. Now you have to have an unlimited membership to even click on the first 3 recently viewed me tab.

Make banning a three way conversation between Grindr, and get both the suspect of a ban and the victim of a ban case,
It should be a free and unlimited user experience,
To have a fully legible process for banning people not just as easy as banning because they failed to read the fine print.
Crating a victim filled world is fair with no suspect to stand to lecture the system though great, still lacking. Either my money back for the fine print fail to read, or simply unfair and justly service improvement.

Cheaper Recurring Membership tier when accessing Grindr Web (avoid app store comission)
Since apple takes a big cut of purchases made through the app store subscription model, why not pass on the savings by having subscription as an option for grindr web? Free users will who log in on webview will get a splash page that its for xtra and unli users only with a subscribe now button while xtra and unli users can manage their subscription preferences on the settings tab of the webapp.
