  3. For real when did this app became such ad filled c...... I used to feel that it was actually for us gay men just for that purpose

    Now it's just for ads. You whatch ad and then you still get the grindr ad on the way. Then you start all over every time. So annoyed. Also giving the feedback requires 100 steps so thank you and good bye.

    I am paying a ridiculous amount for unlimited to still be seeing ads. Your advertisement of what all comes with the Xtra/unlimited plans clearly state no more ads. Yet, I’m still encountering ads on the daily. False advertising lawsuit is coming your way soon.

  6. Shorten ad experience

    Ads take so long to get past and so many button presses that I have to hit JUST RIGHT or I’m thrown out of the app. So far I’ve been advertised BIBLE JEWELRY and makeup for 50 year old women. I’d love to engage with this app without having bibles thrust at me, I get enough of that in Oklahoma. Also, by the time one is done, the app decides it’s time for another. It can take 20-30 minutes just to respond to a single message.

    What the fuck is Grindr doing? I'm a programmer and run an end-to-end Internet service company, and could do something better in my sleep at a far,far, less cost which wouldn't be passed onto members in the form of ad placement EVERYWHERE which renders the application unusable. So you have to charge fucking $25/wk for....what? I don't know because there is no trial. Use the think tank of resources that you have, and channel it into innovative ways to better your app instead of capitalizing financially from the advertisers and then double dipping by.   19. don’t advertise on unlimited subscriptions

    If I’m paying for unlimited I shouldn’t have advertising in my messages. 90% of my reasons that I pay for unlimited is to get rid of your insane ads. Intrusive or not, don’t advertise your unlimited subscriptions as ad free if there is going to be permanent advertisement bar at the top of the messages. This company is rapidly becoming part of the problem in this world
