6. Let’s us block taps, and tappers. Right now taps is being overrun by bots who have social media links and other links.

   Allow us to block tappers, and to not allow taps at all to be seen. Currently this is not possible. You can “hide “taps but that doesn’t block them

8. Fix your problems before changing the things that work and adding more paid features.

   If you're going to spam adds so much atleast bring back the multi tiered paid options. Almost 40 bucks a month for features we dont need just to get rid of ad is absurd.

9. Adds removes completely free version unless wanting to unlock features only. Non disruptive adds.

   So each time I get a message or notification and as I go to open the message to see the pics sent or reply, opening the app triggers advertising that renders the app useless until I go and close out the app and restart.

   When these ads pop up I find it's always at the halfway mark of my typing a reply that now there's an advertisement taking the whole screen and I can't find it's 'x'. I don't know about anyone else, but I have a pixel 8 pro and I can never get the tiny stupid x crammed in the utmost unreachable corner of my screen. So there I go as fast as I can to exit the app to home screen, open all the apps running, and slide it off the screen like a pain in the ass. Then my message I was replying with and whatever I wanted to say is gone, not in the text field anymore and after selecting the message thread it almost always prompts a new advertisement to pop up. F$+&!!!
   .... That said I already am on free version(embarrassing, I know), and I can't ever reply to the new pics some stud a few hundred feet away has sent and his profile is traveling so it's priority right? I just give up and shut the app. Why? His messages lead up to me needing to be a good submissive little slut that will make sure I sub his only fans to keep messaging on that platform after screenshot is sent that I subbed. Before meeting only. I never would but his self soon is 4139 miles away a few minutes later. Ugh. This happens well 7 out of 10 times when opening the app. Why not try making right now a feature that you unlock by using an advertisement you watch, and then and only there will an advertisement with an easy exit button available in the middle center screen he played. Aren't adds not really necessary at this point if we can't use the app anyway? Even if I was a curious bill gates and could afford the unlimited, I'd still be not using grindr. Free is fucking better always and it's more likely my chrome browser gets me paid on a sniffley cough cough haha get it I'm a little sick of these limits I don't want to exist. Cause the limit doesn't exist. Oops. Wait it does. This is grindr and I am not a lady from Africa that's very nice. Love those nice lady's TV show series about being so prittey

13. Limitations due to ads

    I think you need to check your locations and mileage because now that we only have a limited amount before it goes on to another area that we can't get to now because of the ads and we have to pay more for month I'm finding people in my area is 98 mi away 87 miles away 53 mi away when people below me in the area that I can't get to are people that live right up the street some that are 7 miles away or 13 mi away it makes no sense the people closest to me should be the freebies that I'm allowed to look at this whole thing since it changed to ads has just totally disgusted me

15. Stuck at 1500 rating on chess com

    I have been playing for two years and I feel like I have hit a wall. I fluctuate around 1500 and cannot seem to break through to the next level. I watch videos and do puzzles but my game is not improving. I feel like I need someone to look at my games and tell me what I am doing wrong. Has anyone tried personal coaching? Does it actually help or is it a waste of money?

    PLEASE add a distance filter, roaming doesn't work, Im sorry but someone 325 miles away from me should not be considered "near" me, a distance filter would solve this, I only see people in different states most of the time.

    We understand that Ads on the app aren't going anywhere for free users. We ask that you make the ad experience less dreadful and honestly less invasive. The ads shown on grindr typically make you wait 10-60 seconds (sometimes longer) before you can interact with the app again. Not only does this waste user time and increase frustration, but it essentially locks you out of your phone. Ads begin playing loud sounds unprompted, even in silent modes. The ads can't be closed without pixel perfect accuracy and many times open a new window in a browser without user permission.

    Ads should always follow the same format/time engagement, should have clear buttons to close the ad once complete, and should not open a new window unless approved by the user with an additonal approval button to exit the app.
