If Grindr cleaned up it's Corporate act and kept the app strictly for civil people who show respect and didn't support indecent behaviour it'd clean up the app for everyone . It could charge more for a safer, less vulgar and properly moderated system.
Why should moderators set the tone ? Users should be able to down or up rate users based on behaviours and experience including use of blocking.
