To help weed out the spam users, fakes, and flakes, grindr should have some sort or rating system for 2 things.
1- if the person flaked or showed up
2- Did they send pics that actually look like them
there should be one button that either party hits confirming they are meeting (this would also help track down the hate crime on here). Do the ratings by stars or a 1-10 scale.

This is a dangerous idea as people can use it to single out individuals. just because they decided as a group they no longer like them. I'm not for the black mirror life style.
There are tons of people who just want to trade nudes like pokemon cards and fake intentions of wanting to meet up to get the other person interested. I could care less if other people see my nudes but I do care about the time wasted. The same applies to age, some guys will lie about their age by 10+ years
I posted the same thing but come to nothing. Grindr needs the fake time wasting accounts to boost they user leavers for they site sponsors, i wouldnt suprised if half the fake accounts are just grindr bot account!

I agree partially. There should be a way to track whether people have actually followed through with a scheduled meeting by using gps, like similar to Lyft or something. Time is valuable and it should be considered a crime to purposely steal someone's time, that they'll never get back. But I'm against detailed reviews because the people reviewing could be fake themselves and or liars. People definitely have been known to give dishonest reviews on products.
None of your Beeswax, you people need to get off the hate on meth bandwagon. It's cliche and partially based in caricature. There are PLENTY of alcoholics and WEED smokers who get so fucked up, delusional and out of their minds that they don't follow through with a simple task.
And as far as giving into people's demands "immediately", here's a idea. Seek help for ADHD instead of pretending others are the problem for your inability to focus on what you're doing and more importantly, the present. I'll tell anyone, if you're too busy to pay attention, then log the fuck off. Simple!
Lots of you mugs lack common sense and need to return to school to learn communication skills.
Y'all log in, and just immediately start doing other shit because you're spoiled, passive and hoping someone ELSE initiates contact. Then when you're contacted, y'all act like little divas.
Wait a minute
Don't push me
Stoooopp, I'm nervous
And of course this is all within the first 30 seconds of chatting online

Have the ability to report/rate people who you have been communicating with and then they ghost you. There seems to be a rise in the number of people who are here to waste your time. If not interested, be an adult and say so. There is currently no way to prevent people from wasting the time of serious paying members.

while i do support the general proposal, i advise that we need to be careful with the implementation of this sort of feature: while some of us can be trusted to be largely unbiased with our assessments.. ..some of us cannot be trusted
i dunno about you but.. ..i don't want my reputation getting tarnished by some impatient, geeked out meth•head who was impatient and who couldn't fathom the idea someone wouldn't be into his shit
and some of you guys are just way too pushy
you're way too pushy / entitled, thinking everyone who's on the app is ready to give in to your demands immediately
also, there is an "honour system" happening here: others are taking your word, you're speaking the truth
the truth about whether the person is, or is not, what they represented themselves to be
the truth about whether they didn't, or did, flake
there will need to be an opportunity for a negatively-reviewed person to defend themselves
there needs to be consequences doled, to any person who intentionally bears false witness against another
which means, yes: grindR admins (who already have a largely-notorious reputation, themselves) will need to take on the role of Arbitrators, also.
how well do you reckon *that* is gonna go?
and how long before grindR paywalls *that* function?
We need more support of this, the amount of time wasting shallow profiles is getting more and more... it needs to stop
Need an option to review and leave feed back on profiles even when blocked, due to the amount of Pic collecting fake, time wasting, shallow profiles on here now we need an easy way to see who can be trusted to send info and pics to. Need the ability to see who's blocked you for no reason at all and able to report for leave some feedback about them. Even Fabguys allows you to see and report fake profile even if they have blocked you for no reason at all. This is also a safety issue as well if you have sent a pic and you have no idea if they have made a copy..

After six months of a user being subscribed to Grindr, the people they have had conversations with 20 messages are more likely to vote on my type… Such as a picture collector, a flake, a straight guy just trying to get “gas money” or a quick one time hook up, or a Ltr oriented person, I mean obviously those wouldnt be the exact categories in which people would be labeled, but generally to get the idea peer voting and labled after 6 months of the app by people you have chatted with would be an excellent feature for premium subscribers

Allow users to post their personal rating of another profile user which would be visible only to themselves. This could serve as a reminder to you that you've already checked out that person's profile previously even though they may have changed their profile name or user picture. It would save time for both of you by not having to constantly recheck the same person's profile. Right now you can add a star for someone you want to add as a favorite, so now you could just post a rating for your personal use and reminder.
Allow people to rate the other person who blocked them. Additionally allow the person who was blocked to rate the other person for example stealing pictures. In this way other users will understand the blocking rate of other people so that will ballance the block rates.
So many creating fake profiles and blaming LGBTQ values..

Similar to rating your DoorDash or Lyft drivers. We should have the ability to rate users based on their interactions to other guys. For instance, are they friendly, flaky, deceiver, how approachable, how likely you want to meet, etc. not based on how they look. There are a lot of good looking guys but can they pass the personality test?
Incorporate as rated by members grade to profiles. I think a comments area wpuld be abused. Just a simple numeric or letter grade.

Be able to ask for candid responses on cock or other body features.
Maybe ability to guess size.
Or verify length and girth to compare with other users and have legit sizes.

There needs to be something for people that are falsely reporting profiles simply because they're not receiving some form of attention. Numerous Grindr users as well as myself have been banned, suspended, profiles deleted, profile text deleted, flagged all because someone didn't want to hook up with them and now they're upset and want to report my profile is not following community guidelines when it does. There needs to be a falsely reported option for users who are experiencing this that way there can be a human that reviews that person's account and also review the account of the person that made the initial report and he can review the chat between the two.
There should be a way to rate members with results and stats displayed on their profile for response times, whether they flaked, look like their pics, etc.
Would be nice to see how good a guy is rated for dates, sex, humor, etc and leave an anonymous review
