Hello my name is Jacob Beal, and I’d like to let ask you something. Don’t you think it would be great if you could rearrange your saved in-chat pictures onGrindr? Or even be able to have a few different albums for them on the app? Personally that would allow for chatting on, and sending photos on Grindr to become profoundly more efficient and practical. Overall this would improve the functionality if the app for me, and for what my intended use is for Grindr.

I have found that myself and several of my friends In the past have encountered some annoyance because of how the saved photos portion of the app functions . We all have mentioned that sending pics can be a hassle. Especially when trying to set up a group, but also for 1 on 1 play, or just for chatting casually.

To further help you grasp the issue I’m attempting to portray for you think of it like this. So you have a few buds you regularly play with for groups. So you have their pics saved in your photos and you’re not gonna delete them because you know you’ll play again in the future and they have said it’s fine to save their pics on the app, and them yours.

But when you’re solo, and seeking some 1 on 1 play or just chatting the frustration occurs when your scrolling through a sea of other guys pics and your owns. And to further add to that frustration occasionally you would likely send one of your friends pics instead of your own on accident.

Which could potentially cause the new guy you’re chatting with for 1 on 1 play to be a little skeptical of your authenticity. And may even spook him away (which has happened to myself and friends multiple times) in turn ruining what might have been good time and person to meet.

This issue reaches out beyond just hooking up too. Say you’re looking for dates, friends, or just networking, and would only send face pics etc. But you may still have nudes saved, you wouldn’t want to accidentally send one of those to the wrong person right?

The best solution would be allowing users to have 2-3 maybe even 4 different albums to organize their saved in-chat pictures. And think of all the extra $$$ that could bring in if it were advertised as another incentive or reason for users to upgrade to extra, or to unlimited.

Wow that was longer than I expected, but seriously it would be a great feature that would get loads of positive feedback, and make things so much easier when chatting for whatever reason.

Should be able to delete pic from libraries after uploading. Feature existed before when long pressing a photo you could delete it from your saved pics. You can no longer use this feature since latest major update

A place you can see what photos you have in your message side, to add or delete them without going to an old message.

Much like other apps there should be a private photo album that you can allow or disallow access to and it's all screenshot blocked so no one can steal them. This could have nudes, face pics etc.

We should have picture ans video albums that we can send or unlock to who we want to.see them and we should

Mark USED Photos with a dark shade of gray so we know it’s already been sent. (How it used to be)

Guys, you need to bring back the function that once a picture is sent that it’ll be lightly darkened in the album of pictures.

You guys removed that with the update and it’s really annoying.

- Not only am I getting 1000 repeated pictures
- But it’s hard to track what pics I’m sending that have already been sent.

Why would you remove this feature? It’s been working for a decade.
