During video calls other user can save screenshot of video call. It is a very basic threat to our privacy and safety. During video call disable all screenshots and screen recording options for both users. Or we can provide an option if other guy can take a screenshot of mine video call or not.

The lockable albums on the bio cause the bios screens to freeze so you cannot look at the whole bio of a person. This happens on the lockable albums and seems to lock the whole profile.

There can be made an option which blocks screenshots while in the app, to make more secure environment for the Grindr users. It is just like when we use Google Chrome in Incognito mode, No Screenshots and No Screencaptures allowed! I will put a photo of what is supposed to happen. Thank you for your attention!

Please please prevent people from screenshots on photos sent. Somehow. I’ve had way too many stupid mean guys steal my pictures & use them. One even accidentally sent my own face picture to me!!!

A program that detects when screenshots are taken and marks the offending profile.
Then when they share pictures it checks the logs and compares the picture with pictures in the conversation they may have taken them from.
If its a match, its an instant ip ban.
And the victim is notified.

(My nude was stolen today and i have no way of reporting it because i have no way to prove its really my shlong in that picture)

Since there are a lot of people who love to store our private pictures is more than about time that grindr stops people from being able to screenshot whatever is showing on the app. This may result in a more trust worthy place, more private. Netflix blacks out the screenshot taken at any given time of watching. That would be great for grindr too. The watermark is not enough. There needs to be complete privacy.

Everyone should feel comfortable and have the safety to know users can’t screenshot their profile or impersonate them, or even worse post their pictures.

Everyone should have the option to send unlimited expiring pictures or have unlimited blocks without having to pay for that option.
Safety is not a luxury…

So I was wondering since there are so many scammers out there on your app abusing and hurting ppl like me, could you make it impossible to screenshot images. Some apps like the CBS sports app make the screen white if there is a screenshot. This would make it a little harder and would mean a lot less people get hurt.

Screen recording and screenshot of video calls should be disabled for privacy reasons.

Disallow screenshots everywhere on the app. Even on the feed. Also disallow screen recording.
