    A program that detects when screenshots are taken and marks the offending profile.
    Then when they share pictures it checks the logs and compares the picture with pictures in the conversation they may have taken them from.
    If its a match, its an instant ip ban.
    And the victim is notified.

    (My nude was stolen today and i have no way of reporting it because i have no way to prove its really my shlong in that picture)
