If they are not blocked no more they made a new profile that's why they come back up on your profile I don't think there is nuthing they can do about it

Hey super nice grindr owners. You guys have a major customer problem. I have been banned twice recently and I couldn’t have been following the grindr rules more closely. And I hear this similar story from more and more guys. And it’s really difficult to go through the unbanned process. What’s going on? Good fun people want to use the app but keep getting kicked off. What gives. Can you fix this somehow? Or make the unbanned process fairer and more user friendly? It’s a drag for an increasing amount of your users. Thanks!!!!

Grindr is abusing and banning people whit not reason at all just because they please to do so i do believed that is time to star some criminal and legal action again then

I was annoyed as I was a Grindr Xytra member and they point blank refused to give me a reason for my account ban and again refused to refund my membership.
I spoke to Barclaycard and they started a charge back to Grindr and successfully refunded my money. They however will not admit they have blocked my iPhone as Apple have advised they have no legal right under Apples privacy policy to access my personal handset details. It will not allow me to create another account so that’s what I believe they have done.

You shouldn’t have to pay in order to Unsend photos in case you sent your photos to someone who is crazy

Users should only see someone else’s a full profile if they have a clear face picture on their profile.
Those who have no face picture or no picture at all should request the user with face pictures to see their profiles and contact them.
Realistically, nobody approaches a blank profile to start a conversation, it is always the other way around. Why those who have a face picture need to remind them to send a picture?

I just contacted Apple Privacy service to complain about the breach in the privacy policy as according to the data protection, Grindr can't access your IMEI account so the best solution is to complain to Apple about it. https://www.apple.com/es/privacy/contact/

I have sent over 7 messages trying to appeal the decision with no response. I bought a second hand iPhone and I found the unpleasant surprise that the phone was already banned from Grindr so I can't open the account in my new phone.

I think you will find Grindr does not read and respond to any appeals There lots of messages on other sites saying there is legal action being considered considered against Grindr for bans on accounts without a reason given when the block the IMEI of the device meaning that device can’t never be used on certain apps

I don’t understand why it takes so long for customer service to get back to you. I’ve sent messages on my ban appeal nearly everyday for 13 days now & still no one has got back to me. I’ve been banned & no reason given & to ban my phone as well. It’s totally wrong. Everyone should be told the actual reason & given a chance to explain or argue the decision. If someone from Grindr actually reads these comments. Can you please explain your reasons why for the above issues! Also read my messages in my appeal for my ban!!

Combat abuse by banning the IP address when a profile gets blocked by more than 1 user. There's too much abuse going on in this app, it's actually frightening.

19 months on grindr

3 months into a 12 months xtra account and I got banned today for no reason I’ve tried to reach out but they won’t tell me why I’m banned

They won’t even refund the other 9 months membership I cannot now use. How can they take your money but then not allow you to use the service without giving a reason. That’s plain FRAUD

I would really like to be able to save the photos I took in the app to my own phones photo album

Block spam messages, I report them constantly

This is the company that constantly breaks the European laws by refusing to give refunds on subscription account after banning the user but refuses to inform people why they have been banned. In most cases the users has not broken any rules but this company seems to like to inflict controversy among the LGBT crowds
Worst company ever

I have been banned as well... first I was frustrated but then I realized how cool is life without Grindr.
It is just the most time consuming app ever

After being made aware of several fake profiles created with my photos in multiple different locations I think that Grindr should implement a verification feature similar to what is used on Tinder - that you have to verify the photo before it goes live on to the profile - verification such as asking the user to do certain photos to prove this is you.

This I believe will help stop people being catfished as well as any potential legal consequences for people who are the victim of being catfished.
