Dear Sirs I do not have an account or profile in Grindr. The person who uses photos of me to hook people and ask them for nude photos to be able to display them on twitter accounts defaming and putting false information about them. Logically people see my photo ask me. Many of the people who have seen it have told me that they have reported it but nothing happens and this person returns to bother and do this practice that discredits the entire gay community. I ask you to please help me to eliminate this person or to be able to somehow put a stop to his practice since it damages my image.

Users should be getting credits for reporting profiles that are looking for or selling ALL drugs, escorting or looking to pay for escorting.Offering massage and/or escorting services, etc etc etc I report 15-30+ people a day , and get nothing for it. I'm an extra subscriber , and myself and many others should be getting credit for reporting these people

This idea should be okay for as long as the verification method doesn't require manual intervention by Grindr staff.

I am sick and tired of five Africans per day showing blond photos pretending they were soldiers in Afghanistan promising me mature sugar daddy love for life to then ask for money to cure their mother from cancer. Handsign based verification would be easier and faster because it allows AI to do the work

Verify every profile by having each new user to send in a specific picture with their ID to Grindr and then Grindr will have a check mark by all verified users.

This prevents anyone from being catfished or being accused of one.

Could you provide other options on the reporting feature so you as well as other users can help to combat spam or users spoiling it for everyone else?

There are literally 4 people with a photo on their profile out of the entire selection of guys in my area, and I think 2 if them are bots. What's the point!? Require at least a verified profile photo.

I get like five of these a day how can we configure grindr so remote profiles can't see us. Also grindr could easily search for accounts that are sending the exact same verbiage in a certain time frame them auto cancel those accounts

You are more expensive than scruff and they offer more and none of the scams and taps. 39.99 is absurd. It should be the same as before and option to turn off taps and do something about the scammers.

Instead of banning accounts without any heads up why not make it to where folks can actually have time to fix and edit their profiles to prevent getting ban. It is not fair to the customer to be permanently ban because of one mistake that can be easily fixed.

Definitely verify by photograph holding a unique code. Get rid of the fakes and time wasters!

This needs to be addressed more than the top voted item of who viewed your profile.

Apps like Hinge you have to send a photo of yourself, other apps like mister BnB requires verification on passports and or driving licences.

I am not saying that Grindr to go this deep, but to have accounts symbol to state they are verified. Maybe the Xtra accounts need to show a symbol as in some respects you have been verified by payment.

There are too many younger (-18) users which send images which are classed as indecent images. This needs to stop. The reporting tools need to have better tools to block accounts sooner on reports.

More needs to be done.
