Scams
There are people that ask for gas money via cash app or venmo etc stating they need it in order to get to you. As soon as it's sent they block.or ghost. I think these people should be reported and lose app for a week, and if they do it again, be banned.

A way to verify yourself
Right now we are all aware there are many individuals who have fake profiles, and even individuals who are scamming people. I understand people want to be discreet, but there should be a feature kind of like tinder where you actually get a checkmark for being verified with your profile. Somebody in the past created a fake profile trying to sextort me which I ended up reporting to the FBI. The problem is they blocked my profile right away before I was able to report it to Grindr. Fake picture removal
I have seen many of the profiles are sharing/misusing someone else pictures. Have faced many complications due to that. To avoid that, why don't use the face recognization option to upload pictures. We have enabled Camera option already. For time being, let's block the option of uploading pictures. I am sure no one is uploading anything useful to anyone in our community. Instead, the only option to share their picture is to take their face picture using camera which will be uploaded in app to be shared. like other users had already stated: we have a problem with people creating new accounts in order to try once again their luck or even harassing those who blocked them.
I suggest the possibility to block users like in Tinder: ''block any new user with this phone''.

provide feedback on accounts reported; end the harassment
I've reported several profiles - the same person is harassing me. I never hear back what action has been taken. I know it's the same person because they are always the same distance away, are someone I've never seen before and they have really hot pics. When I reverse image search their pics they are always stolen from another account. YOU NEED TO VERIFY ACCOUNTS or at minimum show how long the person has had an account. I'm getting tired of using this site and be stalked/harassed/ by homophobic sociopaths. Why does Grinder make it to easy to be harassed?

Block certain country
I get an illegall scam message every second day from Nigeria asking if If I want to be a sugar baby on snap, I swear to satan If I cant ban another country I will have to delete the app.

Protect users and make safe
I've been stalked by my ex for over a year now, he constantly makes fake profiles and chats to me then either declares he is fake and owns up mocking me or I figure him out and he is nasty threatening to send the photos I have sent to his fake persona to my work. Everytime I report these fake harassing profiles Grindr refuses to do anything about it? They really need to start and protect people as a duty of care as I'm constantly hounded but they won't help me??
