Stop sharing album automatically after set time frame
I wish I could set my shared albums to automatically stop sharing after a certain timeframe. This should be customisable so the user can determine how long the album is shared for. Options should range from an hour to days or even indefinitely.

Easily Unsend Location across all chats
Grindr allows us to easily remove Album access from everyone we've shared it with. The app must likewise give us an easy way to Unsend Location from all past chats, so we don't need to scroll through each chat window just to unsend a location for our protection.

Verify
In other apps you can click on "I know this person in reality" To verify users after you meet them. If a certain amount of users have verified one account this account can be shown as safe, the profile corresponds to the person. By implementing this the app will gain security, transparency and accuracy facilitating a better people behavior and mitigate the fake profiles.

Requerir cedula para abrir una cuenta
Sería genial si grindr pidiera al abrir una nueva cuenta cédula o ID card, porque muchos ladrones están en esta app y cuando cometen un delito eliminan esa cuenta y luego vuelven a crearse otra sin ningún problema, lo digo por experiencia propia, me ví con un man, me dio escopolamina y me robó todas mis pertenencias, y el sigue en grindr como así nada haciendo eso a otras personas.

Reporting/ finding someone who blocked you
Being able to keep a track record of everyone, even if they block you, so if they have something private, like a face pic or something and try to block you and run away, they can’t and can be reported. Either that or when someone blocks you, all your information gets deleted from them about you

People liking (🔥) album pics and then taking screenshot of chats. Defeats the purpose of deactivating screenshots for albums
When you like a pic on album, its smaller version appears on the chat and people are still able to take screenshots of it. What is the point of disabling screenshots on album then? Also when you remove the album, the smaller version of a liked pic from it should also disappear from chats

Hide notification from android bar. But keep notification icon counter for better privacy.
When somebody messages, I don't want a notification on the top bar of my phone in case somebody is seeing my phone. However, I would like to keep a counter on my app icon, since I have Xtra and now it shows as a To Do app, which is more discrete. Just the red counter balloon above the discrete icon please.

Fake account
As of lately, within the last two weeks, there has been an abundance of cross-dressing people showing up on my pages. It is like every other line there is a cross dresser, a drag queen, and half of these people are not even real. It is very frustrating and there’s nothing we can do about it. I’ve been blocking and blocking and blocking these people and mortgage keep popping up. Surely there’s not that many drag queen here in the Cape Coral market Seriously we need to do something about these fraudulent accounts

Il semble qu'il y ait par moment une appli miroir qui sublombe l'appli d'origine, les profils affichés sont différents en une fraction de seconde et et même bloqués, certains comptes apparaissent comme actif.

When sharing the album if it’s possible set time for a min after read it auto unshare allows more comfort to the users when sharing album. Without worrying.

I think there should be some identification tag on all messages either get on your cant message someone
To many ways to send messages with out identity . Can cause alot of problems if you don't know who your. Talking to and you just end up not trusting apps security

It would be nice to have the option to upload ephemeral stories like on Instagram or communities with common interests like on WhatsApp.

Add option to opt in for anonymous notification of positive stds results
Enable anonymous notifications of positive stds results.
It could work like this, for example. Introduce an option to request to be notified if a given person reports a positive std result. This could be reinforced by asking the other person to agree (otherwise it could be technically possible for a person to continously monitor the std status of another person without them knowing, by regularly requesting notifications from only one person) . This permission could have a limited duration - perhaps chosen by both. In case of a positive result, the person could choose report it to grindr which would…
