Masculinity and femininity filter
Inclusivity will be the end of this app. First it was the ethnicity filter. Now the Fem/Trans situation is out of control.
Introduce new filters 'interested in' and 'identify as' with options 'masculine', 'feminine' and 'other'.

Search for tags
As a nonbinary person, I find it difficult that there isn’t a tag for us. That transmasc or transfemme isn’t a tag. Also when I search for bi guys in my area (I am in Los Angeles proper) and I am only allowed to view 3 guys and the rest can be seen w Extra membersbip. Which completely isolates me as a nonbinary trans boy. I can’t look for guys who might like me….

Type of guys they are into setting
Scruff allows you to sort by the type of guys that they're into(not just the tribe you/they are part of) it is way more helpful because it allows you to sort and message people who like guys in your body or interest type rather than wasting all day messaging people who are only into guys that aren't at all your body type. This saves tons of time by allowing you to filter to only guys that might actually be interested in you....I mean why spend all day talking to someone only into bears if you're a twink(or vice versa) with…

Native American
In Canada, aboriginals would never call themselves ‘Native American’. We use the term First Nations. Many wouldn’t identify as Canadian. Please add a term for them as we aren’t all American nor want to identify as them.

Split "Side" sex preference with giver and receive
If the term side is to be used for non anal sex, like oral, then it should have separate labels like
- give oral
- receive oral
- give or receive oral
Or maybe oral only top,oral only bottom, oral only versatile.
Otherwise it's like being a label "anal sex" without the split between top and bottom. Oral sex labels also need this split for roles.5 votes -

Don't limit profiles when narrowing down
Giving specifications shouldn't decrease the number of profiles you can see without paying. Narrowing the age range to like 3-4 years around my age and then saying I only want to see profiles with face pics gives me 15 profiles I can look at without paying. That's it. If I was interested in any of those 15 people I wouldn't need the app anymore. If I don't narrow it down I get either a bunch of guys who are too old or too young for me, or it's just a bunch of blank/torso shot profiles, so limiting the number of…

Should be aloud to message and talk to more profile in my town only getting to talk to profile 2miles away is stupid as hell like make it to where if there in the same town then you can chat with them no cut it of a 2miles away that stupid if this don't change I'm deleting Grindr for good cause it's bullshit

Can we have a gay pronouns and gender orientation.
We need pronouns, gender orientation and specific bio for straight people to understand some of the gay guys are non- binary, feminine and etc. Not all of us likes brotherhood, speak the "bro" language, toxic masculinity, inclusivity, equal or many other issues relating to this. I won't stop fighting for these issues as a Gay Individual. 🌈

Account filtering improvements.
Currently, there are a lot of profiles that are in relationships, or every other profile is looking only for sex. Which actually makes it very difficult to find someone for yourself.

Sexual position should be mandatory to help us with filters, and the user could set if they want to display it or not
Sexual position should be mandatory as soon as one enters for the first time in the app, the user could set if the sexual position is visible to others or not, but it would be helpful for us to use filters

Create an annoying pop up which encourages users to complete filling in their profile
Pretty self explanatory. Have the feature pop up for anyone whose profile is less than 50% filled in/completed. Make sure it touts the benefits of filling in your profile, ie increased replies and messages.
Sometimes I filter by position, yet my user feed remains choked up by blank profile sub bottoms. Quite annoying!

Lack of basic social courtesy
Leave people respected, not rejected
Not your type? SILENCE is not an answer, its dismissive, rude and feeds the low self-esteem society instills upon us. Theres enough of that in the world today. Social courtesy was created and exists to promote kindness and leave people feeling positive about a message and its messenger, especially with things like rejection or differing viewpoints.
Grind should create, promote and encourage use of KEY SAVED PHRASES FOR 'HARD' REPLIES" to help educate, teach, promote and create a kinder gay community across all boundariea and borders.
