Blur photos in Apple Watch notifications
I got in trouble at work today because someone sent me a message, and their profile picture (a naked torso showing pubes) was full screen on my Apple Watch and a patient saw it. Give users the option to still receive notifications, but with profile photos blurred on the Apple Watch. Scruff does this and it’s great.

Unified log in app
One log in and then the ability to pick what profile you wish to use. Categories could be professional personal incognito traveling etc.

Profile creation time / Verification
To minimize catfishing, fake accounts and abusive people, I suggest seeing how long ago a profile was made.
Or adding a badge if someone is new.
People that get reported and blocked just keep creating new profiles to continue harassing others and I’m tired of it.9 votes -

Verifying Age
Grindrs way of verifying age is too easy to manipulate.
Too many 17 and under ages on the app putting 18 and older users at severe risk.You need to upgrade to a valid state ID photo of a license for the system to "OK"
There are too many minors who claim 18 to 22 years of age on the app.

reliable profiles
It is very annoying spams profiles and people that is not really interested to connect and meet. Couldn’t the app show the profile date creation? This way I believe is an additional way to assess a prpfile reliability.

I lost my email through which I registered my account and I can't remember my password. I have access to the App but I want to change my device. But I can't do it without this information.

health filters
so that those to whom decisions whether or not to vaccinate are important, and whether they partner with the same medical preference, there should not only be options for YES and BLANK. you should include other anawers, like: NO, NOT FOR ME, CANT, AND HELL NO. I understand that where you might not have these representations available because as a company, you may not want to seem as though you promote someone's decision toward medical autonomy, it is the only health-conscience course of action.

See who blocks you list
We know when someone blocks you instantly, create a list of the.people who Block you so it can be viewed daily , weekly etc .
If someone is giving you a hard time walking the line so you can't report them and you want to block them , BUT you can't find them .. knowing they are on the LIST is a comfort4 votes -
Blocking
Right now, blocking is a four step process at its very least. Most people block more people than they speak to. And it’s a pain to go to each and every profile to do what needs being done. Many times, you may get viewed by a profile that’s not on your radar, and you may want to block it for privacy concerns. My idea is one step, multiple blocking. The same way one would select multiple pictures to delete in one go.

Blank profiles
Ok so we all know about Catfishing and you guys are letting far too many people get away with it. I honestly feel violated when i see that a “guy” with a blank profile has the nerve to say send pic for pic or looked at my profile possibly collected my pic and that’s it. Like wtf? It feels so uneasy. Bell i don’t care if it’s a fake pic we all know how to sniff out if they’re real or not but no when it’s all blank. All those aren’t that discreet trust me. Usurpation d'identité
Une personne usurpé mon identité, elle envoi des photos de moi, mon numéro de téléphone, mon adresse, et je suis harceler quotidiennement depuis deux semaines. Sur whatsapp, cela me déprime et atteint ma santé mentale et physique, j'ai supprimé mon compte et je l'ai réactivé afin de voir si cela s'arrête mais cela continue. pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît

Some profiles direct send pictures and ask for whatsapp number! Think it's a scam and people must to be careful ! Sorry for my bad english !

Grindr needs to have some type of Legacy contact info to help disable content of a deceased member. Seeing someone’s profile after they pass
Seeing someone's profile after they passed away can be quite shocking and disconcerting, There should be an easier way to alert Grindr of someone's passing, so that profile can be disabled quietly and respectfully. Neither a person's content, or their family should ever be affected by the Grindr profile. It's not a point of pride it's just a point of respect. Granted, I could see how someone might try and use this in a malicious way, but with proper proof someone should be able to submit information that Grindr can easily follow up and find out if it’s true and…

banning people
It’s wrong that a lot of my friends and I have noticed you don’t actually investigate when people we may not even interact with even can just make a profile up and complain about someone falsely and have them banned without Grindr staff even investigating the claim. We have folllwed all rules and regulations but in this world people may feel rejected for simply then not being your type and are vindictive people who are insecure taking it to that extreme knowing you will ban them for good. Need ability to not recorded messages from users without a picture.
I don’t want people without pictures, and have not sent pictures in leu of a profile picture, to be able to send messages to me. I already have that description in my profile and it is not read by users. if there was an ability to set a setting where users can’t receive messages pictures from profiles pictures it would be helpful or at least that individual sent a picture privately.
