Appear online only within x miles
I think the option to only appear online within a certain radius of your location would be beneficial.
This could be used for people who travel, giving them the ability to appear online where they are, but not appearing online to people from their hometown.
This would have to apply to anyone who has you saved as a favorite also.

Make it possible to be invisible to other people in certain geographic areas like work or home for privacy.
This would allow you to not be seen by people near your home (neighbors) or coworkers. But even more importantly, for people like me who work in education, we wouldn’t have to worry about our students finding us if we forget to swipe the app closed before heading to work or something. Our students wouldn’t be able to find us by opening the app with a fake account they’ve created (not that hard to fake their age) and all the sudden there we are connected in a very inappropriate way because of our close proximity in that moment. Report Feedbacks
Since I started using this app, I have never, even once received a feedback on all of my reports against people who are underaged, people who harassed me on petty reasons, and people who are using another persons' photos/impersonation. We don't even know if you actually received our reports.

Evitar capturas de pantalla dentro de toda la app
Actualmente hay grupos de facebook y X que permiten la publicacion de las charlas y las fotos enviadas dentro de la app asi como de los perfiles.
Son ocupadas en forma de burla y para poner en evidencia lo que ahi se habla, eso es un tipo de bullying y abuso de la privacidad.2 votes -
Too many paid-only features
Over the years, Grindr has become less and less useful until you pay up ridiculous subscription prices. More and more features stripped away from free accounts. The most intrusive and constant Ad's at every screen. Even some privacy/protection features which should be a basic addition, are stripped unless you pay.
Make unlimited blocks available to everyone. Grindr is full of crazy and dangerous people and making users pay to make sure they can disconnect from those people, makes it look like privacy and security is a privilege.

People asking for nudes and the chats gets nowhwre.
People shouldn't be asked for nudes just for it to reach somewhere else for sale and that is a risk of privacy and safety.

Verifying every user when they first sign up- too many profiles with NO pictures!
For verification purposes. Like tinder and MOST other dating/hookup apps have some sort of photo verification system to prove that it’s actually who you say you are. I am SO SICK OF ALL THESE USERS ON GRINDR WITH NO PHOTOS! in my opinion, I think it should be a requirement that if you want to be on Grindr then you need to have a clear, visible unaltered face picture of what you look like, so other members can see who all is in the room AND it’s especially annoying when those exact people with no pictures on their profile go…

Make a button for the “Albums” to do “Stop Sharing with All Users”
Don’t you hate scrolling and clicking to “stop sharing album” and then you have a bunch of users marked off already and accidentally click above that menu pop up and the “stop sharing users” pop up goes away and need to start all over.
So, Grindr admin we need a button that just “stops sharing with everyone” because it’s a privacy and security problem too.6 votes -
Fake account
To get rid of fake accounts, the application should require verification with a video and additionally a photo, and only then create an account for the user. There is such a thing as being verified on tinder.

Make Profile Visible only to members with pics
Enough of these no pic losers with nothing on their profile. Need to have body or face pic otherwise you cannot view others who have them. No free shots on goal

Please allow one more album
There should be "at least" two albums allowed in free version of Grindr. One album for normal pictures, another for nudes. It's a pain sharing both your face and nudes together in just one album. I would really highly appreciate if Grindr team could look into this and allow one more album in Free Version, and let there be unlimited amount in Paid Version.

Money/cash words and icon use
I tried to update my profile to include that I will not go to another app nor will I give anyone any money and found out that you guys have blocked the use of that word and anything similar like cash or the icon that looks like cash. While I understand why you did this, I don't think you blocking it for everyone was the best way to do it

Block my contact
Please add an option so that I can give you my phone contacts list. And you let me block them so they can't see me on this app. It makes my privacy more and it helps me be secure because I live in a country that banned lgbt and even it's dangerous if your family and friends find out about it.
