Alternate chat colour screen
With Grindr’s distinctive orange and blue chat bubbles it is very clear to another user, but specifically also to people with ill intent, exactly what app the person is chatting on.
For the safety of all users can we please have a choice of chat window colours to either something user set, is bland and nondescript or at least appears like a chat window that mimics Messenger or WhatsApp colours.

Loads of scambots and postitutes use this app.
They use screengrabs that are not them.

Requesting a valid medical report for HIV status to have user verify being Negative or not. In order avoid people of having HIV of falsifying being negative or at least not giving them the chance to add something that's not valid

Unable to erase pics in the sending folder.
In the chat window we can upload pics to then be able to send it. The problem is after we upload a pic we are unable to erase it from the sending folder. If a mistakenly choose to upload a pic that I dont want in that app so im stuck with it. We should normally be able to manage the pics that are in the sending folder…

This app has repeatedly launched malware pages. That is not acceptable and should get the app removed from Play Store and the App Store.

Discreet App Notification Sounds.
Have discreet app notification sounds for when you want notifications on. Similar to the discreet app icons. The Grindr notification sound has become a staple sound so it would be good to have options.

When being blocked, blur pics & keep chats
When the chat disappears, it's hard to tell if the message got deleted because you got blocked or the profile got banned or something else.
It would be useful to blur the main profile picture, lock all the other pics, prevent the other person from accessing your profile on Grindr and any of your albums. However, the chat should be retained for a certain period of time so that you can report to Grindr support if there are issues (like assault or abuse) before it gets deleted. You should be warned that the chat will disappear because you were blocked…

Inibição e fim da violência no app
Em relação aos dados e estatísticas em relação a encontros que bandidos roubaram ou até coisas piores é bem maior, infelizmente muitas vítimas por motivos particulares não registra o ocorrido.

Time Limited location sharing
It would be great if there was an option to send one’s location only for a specific time work or disappearing after a set amount of time, for example
- share location for one time view
- share location for one hour
- share location until revoked

There are LOTS of fake profiles and bots. Especially since the update. I was Kinda just wondering if Grndr staff, plan on securing this situation, and making things a little safer?

Allow users to block screenshots of their photos and/or notify users if their photos screenshot, similar to the albums but for profiles.

Report unethical behaviour
Being able to report unethical harmful behaviour such as cheating, manipulation, financial manipulation, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, other unethical behaviour. It is every companies job to entail a set of positive morals and should discourage manipulative behaviour and cheating. It doesn’t matter if it’s not illegal, Grindr has the power to deny anyone of it’s business and should review cases of repeat unethical behaviour offenders and prevent them from using any of Grindr products.

Undeleting conversations by accident.
Being able to undelete a conversation in case someone you got a weird feeling from you can find the deleted conversation and remember why you were weirded out.

o app esta cheio de golpistas solicitando fotos intimas e contato pessoal para depois acusar vitima de portar pornografia infantil. precisamos de verificação de idade através de id como em app de banco e verificação de imagem. não só pra previnir menores de idade em ter acesso a plataforma, mas na redução de pessoas má intencionadas usando imagem falsa.
