An error occurred while saving the comment That's a really important point about safety features in apps. I had a similar experience last year when a dating app I used replaced blocking with muting - it made me feel so vulnerable knowing the person could still see my profile.

The block button is about way more than just making things easy. Like a podcast host I heard talking about using https://www.bechdeltest.org as a quick filter, convenience is great. But at the end of the day, better UX also means keeping people safe when they interact, don't you think?
