An error occurred while saving the comment I agree. To add from a design aspect why reinvent wheel? There’s already an Industry standard, where the icons use are globally, accepted, and understood. Do not add to the problem of creating new emojis and Icons that make no sense and are unnecessary.

No it does not. What does blink mean? No one blinks at anyone in real life. What would a chat me icon mean and look like? Don’t add for the sake of adding. Add features that will actually make a significant difference in the user experience and that anyone can actually understand how to use it without a tutorial.
