An error occurred while saving the comment Sunlight is the best antiseptic. Rather than suppressing the user’s right to self expression, why not allow a global block for users who trip a sensor designed to detect the behaviors you describe. Then you won’t see them and they don’t have to be bothered by your moral compass. Drug use is here, it’s not going away. Talk about it, that’s how things improve.

An error occurred while saving the comment Now that’s a dumb idea. I’d personally love to see free accounts eliminated altogether so trolls can’t create bogus accounts to bypass the block feature. Accounts should also be dated.

Improvements: 1. Maintain chat content so you can refer to chat log when you’re tempted to unblock a user. 2. Track users to their IP address, and allow blocking to apply to all users associated with that IP. 3. Eliminate free/unpaid accounts to discourage spam accounts created for to circumvent the block.
