Just a good French translation, please.
Could you make an effort with your French translation app ? You launched the "right now" campaign months ago. And by misinterpreting the word "left" in French, you translated it as "gauche." (Which is the opposite of the right direction). You should translate it with the word "restant" or "restante. Which gives in French : "1h restante", for exemple. Or "il y a 1 heure". It's the same thing in your suggestions "for you."

Modern software
Speed, stability, and ease of use are important for any modern software. Change your business model to provide a good product vs subscription fees to make less annoying
Worst app ever. After all these years, I hate it. And I use a lot of apps.
Can you please replace the CEO or VP of Product Design with someone who wants to build a team whose goal is to make a good product vs a bad product that you have to pay subscription feels to make less annoying.

Free = Bad UX.

Why are there so many slutty filthy ads? Im not interested in sex. Thos app has gone downhill so fast. Its literally a slutt and std get together group now. What happened to dating and being actual humans with feelings and connections?? This is disgusting, super disappointed with grindr.

Wayyyy too many ads when all I’m doing is trying to message people. Make a paid option too just remove ads so I don’t have to pay so much for everything else I’m never going to use

Unlimited & Ads
I am paying a ridiculous amount for unlimited to still be seeing ads. Your advertisement of what all comes with the Xtra/unlimited plans clearly state no more ads. Yet, I’m still encountering ads on the daily. False advertising lawsuit is coming your way soon.

Stop selling bot access for advertising
It’s quite obvious that you are selling access to advertisers to use chat bots to spam us. What’s the point of the report spam function when you ignore it?

Stop ads for paying subscribers
Ads should be limited to non-paying subscribers. As a paying subscriber, I expect zero ads and find it terribly frustrating that not only am I fed ads in my inbox, but they cannot be deleted because every time I delete one it reappears instantly over and over and over and over again. ADS ARE FOR NON PAYING SUBSCRIBERS

Sou assinante do Xtra a meses, deixo minha assinatura trimestral, e quando vence utilizo a versão gratuita por alguns dias para ver como está o comportamento do app.
Vamos la, qual a vantagem deu ter um Xtra, sendo que a pessoa com quem estou falando é saturada por tanto ads ao ponto de desistir de continuar a conversa e fechar o app. Ja tive diversas reclamações de usuarios que leram e não responderam por causa de um monte de ads atrapalhando.
Outro ponto são os taps, o que adianta eu pagar Xtra sendo que os usuarios gratuitos só conseguem visualizar…3 votes -
