6. Not being able to multi delete chat

   For an application that started off free, then got a hold of the stock market. This app has has gone to shambles. Do better, listen to your users! There are various things I need to be available in the app. the first is the ethnicity filter, it’s 2024 and I find it hard to believe that a major company finds dating preference racist. Secondly, the app is full of glitches recently after the most recent updates. Several people have already mentioned the fact that after you exit a chat, it returns to the top of the list. Then you have to scroll all the way back down to find the chat, not worth my time. It’s a pain thirdly, an update that needs to be implemented will be a multi batch chat feature in which users can multi batch delete chats from their inbox and chats they don’t want, a major update to the app would need to be improved. Spam blockers, and troll blockers, utilize what X used with ID verification for all users across the platform.

8. Stop ads that automatically open in a new browser tab.

   Over the last few weeks, I've been receiving these ads that would open a browser window automatically. I don't tap on them, they just do this on their own.

   This is annoying because it interferes with texting. I could be in the middle of writing someone a message, then my Firefox Focus app randomly pops up and takes me out of the Grindr app. I have to close it and navigate back to Grindr to continue with what I was writing. And this isn't rare -- I've seen it happen up to three times within a minute. It's obnoxious and distracting.

   These ads may be malicious. From what I can tell, each one of these just has a black background and an Android logo in the top-left corner; no identifying info or brand whatsoever. The behavior of these ads is also extremely sketchy; no good ad should open your browser without the user's input.

   Grindr, please look into this. It's a security risk for your users and it leads to a bad user experience.

   Making the X on the ads small & hard to press, so that we're forced to go to the ad link, doesn't mean more ad success. It just makes your users mad and frustrated.

11. Too many add

    I pay almost $300 for this bullshit Al. Used to be better. I’m getting so many ads in my message window and pop ups for this boost me bullshit. 2nd subscription is up on march 05 and it will be my last. Scruff is so much better user friendly so and is only 1:2 the price.
    It was fun for a while but I deserve to get what I’m paying for and Grindr just doesn’t deliver.

18. Notifications User Favorites Online

    It would be nice if, we could mark a profile so that the application notifies us when a profile goes online. or if one of our favorite profiles connects, the application sends us a notification "User 1 is now online".

    Hey so when I'm on grindr I'm usually pretty horny looking for some fun and, idk i think it's kinda bizarre that you guys put ads where really little girls are being shown, I think it's just wrong and it mayjustcause you problems in the future.
