You app is full of so many INTRUSIVE ads. Random music starts playing with no pop up. I’m 26 ik how to work Grindr and a phone.
Intrusive ads! Which is alphabetically on the top of the list but also complaint wise I’m seeing on so many other posts. Your premium features are way too expensive even to just try for a day which I have and still gotten nowhere really. Broaden my horizons when looking I guess would be the answer but either way I’m more inclined to pay for sniffies honest to god. And I very much don’t like having to create an account here just to post and probably not get read by Grindr or have any changes made. Animosity out the window here.…

Scrollable / Swipable Ads instead of Pop ups?
The necessity of ads is understandable, but the frequency and intrusive nature of the current ad system, including constantly redirecting to an offsite page when attempting to click out, is over the top. Would placing more ads on the grid that users could scroll over like Instagram or swipe through like tinder be a possible option? Thank you so much.

End the extremely long mobile game ads.
These ads are way too long and intrusive. All they do is make me quit the app immediately to get rid of it. Ads should be no longer than 5 secs and it’s the same game ad every damn time. This has to be the most annoying thing about Grindr. I understand the free platform needs ads to support itself but this ruins the user experience and I think there are better ways to handle longer ads. Maybe start them after the splash page and ask if you would like to view one long ad to avoid a series of…

Na tela principal de uso onde vemos todos os perfis, se ao lado do nome das pessoas mostrasse também setas de acordo com a posição sexual seria ótimo não precisar entrar no perfil para verificar isso. Exemplo ⬇️ - Passivo / ⬆️ Ativo ↕️ Versátil . A comunidade já adotou estas setas como código, podemos usar isso para facilitar.

Ads way too obtrusive
Ads are just way to obtrusive and intrusive, popping up while you're typing a message and because you're typing it registers a click and takes you straight to the app store, as soon as you open the app, nearly every time you click off a profile.
Ads on a free account is pretty reasonable, but tone them down and not right while you're typing out a message or scrolling photos. And banners that are constantly covering up information.

Lots of ads and suggestion for loyalty programs
Please can we request the limited use of adds when using the free app, it can become quite tedious and frustrating when wishing to use the features of the app (and more than one add plays.)
With that being said: would there be any possiblity the Grindr Team would offer a discounted/cheaper subscriptions to its paying customers, (as a one off with a complimentary 1 week or a 1 month comp membership to some random lucky members of the application? It would be nice to have some kind of small gesture/offering to thank those who pay for the subscriptions, but…

Offer ad free days to users submitting successful spam reports
The frequency of ads can be a frustrating nightmare, but I understand the app needs to make money. As an incentive for users to help the app, offer ad free time / Xtra features to users who submit successful and validated reports against profiles that breach the app T&Cs.

To many ads.. if they made the subscriptios cheaper then more people would sign up which would mean more revinue so they use less ads

Suicide awareness
I think grindr needs to focus on suicide awareness. Advertisement acknowledging that how you talk to, treat, or block people without reason can impact others. I feel like some people are dehumanizing on the app. And it would be nice to see reminders so people would reconsider how they treat others.

No poder ver quién vio mi perfil y me dió un tap es muy molesto, cuando antes era una función gratuita al menos por un día, ¡Ahora quieren cobrarnos a los pocos minutos!, ¡Prácticamente obligan a los usuarios a estar atento en todo momento!
