Greedy app
What the fuck in every 5 minutes there's always an ad popping up, you're getting paid from these yet you still want us to pay for the roaming feature you're so greedy!!

Too many ads
Ads are a huge problem. Banner ads and in message ads are fine, as they are minimally invasive. However, the pop up ads that have no way of skipping for no benefit is an absolute atrocity.
Xtra and Unlimited are unreasonably expensive for the features offered, so here's my suggestion:
Make all pop up ads skippable within 5 seconds. A countdown on screen that leads to an appropriately sized X to close the ad is ideal, but I understand this is often out of your control.
Add in a feature whereby you can boost your profile by watching a 1-5…1 vote -

Remove "unlock all with unlimited message"
Ever since the latest update(s) my "INTEREST" tab shows this message at the bottom: "unlock all with unlimited". I'm already able to view all because I have unlimited but the message will not disappear even after tapping on it one time and declining the upgrade. I already have unlimited and the message is annoying. Please turn it off for your unlimited subscribers.

Scrollable / Swipable Ads instead of Pop ups?
The necessity of ads is understandable, but the frequency and intrusive nature of the current ad system, including constantly redirecting to an offsite page when attempting to click out, is over the top. Would placing more ads on the grid that users could scroll over like Instagram or swipe through like tinder be a possible option? Thank you so much.

Na tela principal de uso onde vemos todos os perfis, se ao lado do nome das pessoas mostrasse também setas de acordo com a posição sexual seria ótimo não precisar entrar no perfil para verificar isso. Exemplo ⬇️ - Passivo / ⬆️ Ativo ↕️ Versátil . A comunidade já adotou estas setas como código, podemos usar isso para facilitar.

Ads way too obtrusive
Ads are just way to obtrusive and intrusive, popping up while you're typing a message and because you're typing it registers a click and takes you straight to the app store, as soon as you open the app, nearly every time you click off a profile.
Ads on a free account is pretty reasonable, but tone them down and not right while you're typing out a message or scrolling photos. And banners that are constantly covering up information.

You have way too many adds
I load Grindr I have an add, I close a chat, I get and add, close another chat, I get an add… you now have adds randomly popping up. I’m getting so sick of these adds your about to lose a person and I’m sure more will follow because it’s way to annoying to DO ANYTHING on this app anymore.
It’s clear you want everyone to pay to go add free so you will annoy us with them. I’m not stupid. But you’re getting paid for the adds, paid for the subscriptions… seriously people… settle your greedy butts down before…

Lots of ads and suggestion for loyalty programs
Please can we request the limited use of adds when using the free app, it can become quite tedious and frustrating when wishing to use the features of the app (and more than one add plays.)
With that being said: would there be any possiblity the Grindr Team would offer a discounted/cheaper subscriptions to its paying customers, (as a one off with a complimentary 1 week or a 1 month comp membership to some random lucky members of the application? It would be nice to have some kind of small gesture/offering to thank those who pay for the subscriptions, but…

Adds misplaced.
I dont wish to see an add upon opening but not reading a message that turns out to be spam
I particularly dont wish to see an add in the process of reporting the afformentioned message.
Put an add on me for service not inconvenience.

Offer ad free days to users submitting successful spam reports
The frequency of ads can be a frustrating nightmare, but I understand the app needs to make money. As an incentive for users to help the app, offer ad free time / Xtra features to users who submit successful and validated reports against profiles that breach the app T&Cs.
