Please restore the previous favourites layout
Please bring back the old favourites view. The new favourites filter makes profiles harder to use because they’re smaller and no longer sorted by distance. I now have to manually add them to a filter just to find them, which makes it harder to browse people nearby.
I preferred the previous setup with a separate bottom tab for favourites — it was much easier to access and more user-friendly.
I enjoy block blast because every puzzle feels rewarding to solve. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.1 vote -
Make ads great again! Or in English Make ads simpler to interact with..
It appears the business plan is to simply harass your user base to pay for service, not the ethical way and certainly not efficient. For every sub gained you have lost many more who have succumbed to the insanity of waiting for then clicking close x boxes on adverts. Some up to 4 or 5 clicks per ad.
Converting sane horny would be customers to insane horny and very frustrated wrecks surely isn’t an award winning, profit maximising strategy. The tactic of let’s pee people off so much that they pay us for the privilege of not seeing ads is…

I have a great idea, maybe when someone goes out of there way to alert the app of bots and external links Grindr could reward the person
Maybe show some gratitude to the people reporting the bots and external links to the app, INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM SIT THROUGH ANOTHER GOD DAMN AD RIGHT AFTER THEY REPORT TO YOU OF SAID ISSUES.. gezzus THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER PAY FOR GRINDR- DO GRINDR A SOLID~ BAM HERE HAVE A FRIGGIN AD OR 400

Distance filter
PLEASE add a distance filter, roaming doesn't work, Im sorry but someone 325 miles away from me should not be considered "near" me, a distance filter would solve this, I only see people in different states most of the time.

Quick tip for converting JPG images to GIF online
Hey guys,
Just wanted to share something useful I found while working on a small project.
I needed a quick way to convert JPG images into GIF format, mainly for web use. I didn’t want to install any software, so I started looking for an online solution. After trying a few options, I found one that’s really simple and does the job without complications.
You just upload your JPG file, and it converts it instantly. No signup, no extra steps.
Here’s the tool I used:

Propaganda

The amount of intrusive ads, autoplay videos it’s very abusive and gross business practices, UNETHICAL
The amount of intrusive ads, autoplay videos, and forced subscription pressure has become unacceptable, it’s very abusive.
This no longer feels like a usable free app, it feels intentionally broken to push people into paying. That’s not ethical design, it’s coercion. It’s obviously being done so people give pay but subscription prices are wildly inflated for what you get and doesn’t even remove all ads.
If this continues, I will stop using Grindr altogether. Many users already feel the same way.
