Cancelled Meet /ghosting/fake reporting system

If a meet is agreed. Both parties can click a button to say a meet has been agreed.

If either party blocks or hides the other within an hour of the meet, they get a red X on their profile to notify other users that they have cancelled a meet with little notice. And have a 3 strike policy. If they do it multiple times, they get a permanent ban.

Ghosting and fake profiles seems to be a common problem that multiple people have fallen victim to. As it stands if someone hides/blocks you before a meet, there is no way to report them. People are doing it for fun at the expense of others. It's cruel and unfair.

There should be something to allow auto feedback or strike system. Like a follow up question set that shows up in stats:
- did the meeting go as planned
- did he match his pictures

Type thing and consequences for multiple incidents.
