I have been a loyal Grindr user for more than 6 years, and I am experiencing a serious issue that I cannot resolve.
The app no longer works on my phone. I have already tried creating a new account, but it still does not work on the same device. However, when I use another phone, the app works normally. This makes me think that my device may have been blocked by mistake.
I have also tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and data, and checking my internet connection, but the problem remains.
Could you please investigate my account and device to determine whether my phone has been blocked? If there is any issue with my device or account, I would appreciate your help in resolving it.
