Dear Grindr Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious issue with the Grindr app on my mobile device. The app does not work on my phone, even though it works normally on another device.
I have also tried creating a new account, but it still does not work on my main phone. This makes me believe that my device or account may have been restricted or blocked, possibly by mistake.
I have already contacted support before, but I have not received any response so far.
Please could you kindly investigate my case and let me know if my device or account has been restricted? If so, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
