I’d like to suggest a feature that I truly believe is necessary for the reality in Brazil: Brazil Safety Mode. Everything happens very fast here, people meet and go out with others they don’t really know, encounters happen at homes, parties, on the streets, at events, and many times this involves real risk. There’s a lack of a simple tool inside the app that truly helps protect users. Something practical, like an in-app emergency button, location sharing when going to meet someone, the option for check-ins before and after the meeting, behavior risk alerts, a secure meeting history, a trusted profile badge, and a stronger system against scams and fake profiles. Having the option for check-ins before or after a meeting adds real quality to the app and real safety for users, creating a layer of care and protection without harming the experience. It’s not about controlling people, it’s about giving users more security and peace of mind. Grindr is already part of people’s real social lives, not just a dating app, so safety needs to be part of the experience. This would have a big impact in Brazil, increase user trust, and strongly strengthen the platform’s image as a brand that truly cares about people.New
