I have been using Grindr for about 15 years now and have repeatedly requested that the “about me” or “bio” section needs to be much MUCH longer. Again, other apps like scruff have soooo many sections with a shit load of info you can input. I know full well that literally thousands of members have requested this multiple times. Also, STOP increasing the monthly subscription without updating the app and adding new features and especially without updating or advising the customer. I remember when the monthly subscription for Xtra was a simple £7.99 per month. Now you’re charging £8.99 per WEEK!! It’s disgusting and outrageous doing that. You offer NOTHING for long time loyal paid members, but new members are offered free subs etc. You need to start rewarding those that have stuck by you developers since day one and helped make Grindr what it is today. Scruff offers so much for free AND every couple of months they give full app access for a whole weekend. What is it you actually give out to your loyal customer base? Also with scruff much of the stuff you guys charge for with either Xtra or Unltd is actually included with their FREE basic account. Please please step things up. Stop being so concerned with lining your pockets and respect those of us that helped put that money in your pockets to begin with!!! Thank you!!
