Pinning users in your mailbox is nice but at a point it becomes difficult to scroll down to find new messages from un-pinned users.

Keep the pinning feature but also add custom mailboxes. Let the default mailbox as is, but inaddition to pinning allow the user to move the chat to a different mailbox. For instannce, I might make a mailbox: Have Met, New York, Into my Kink... It would just be easier to organize contacts and find them later. Favorite categories rather just just "favorite" would help as well.

Also, we used to be able to search chat messages AND favorite nots to find help find a conversation. Really need that back.

Chat management, finding users, really needs to be improved. You've been innovating a lot of new Pay to Use features lately... we need some basic UI improvements. App has really always been buggy. A lot of your competitors have superior apps just not the user base....for now.... Just being honest.
