That little red dot (as well as pop-up) constantly drawing my attention to new views when I cannot interact with those guys, neither can I know why they don't interact with me is unhealthy and affecting my sense of self worth. I was perfectly fine before, but ever since this feature change, I'm noticing a marked increase in stress in using this app.
I understand that it's driving user engagement so it probably shows up as an improvement on your metrics but you are ignoring the mental health issue you are causing. I don't need to know who viewed me, I don't care. If they don't engage with me on their own, they're not for me. This is a terrible social-media side-effect, forcefully exposing me to artificial, emotionally damaging information. Guys "View" me a lot cos I look ok but then skip because... who knows why. Maybe I don't have their particular fetish. But my primate brain goes *I'm not muscular enough. It's like grindr telling me *here's a whole world of people that doesn't fancy you. I did not ask for that information, it's too much.

I've been there too. The feeling of being "ignored" after being "seen" can cause our brains to automatically make negative assumptions about ourselves, even though that may not be the case. Perhaps the effects in https://spacewaves.io made me extremely impressed and unforgettable.
