I get making everything new feature a purchase item for users who don’t have a membership. But I feel I should get more from my xtra than just extra distance. So here is my suggestion:
-Xtra members get 1 use of every new feature a day, like RN or boost, as well as future new features.
This makes more sense, valuing consistent customers while still promoting purchasing more
- one day is not enough time to test out a new feature after it is launched, particularly if it’s a slow day in the area. I would suggest allowing all users 3 days to test out the feature after it is launched.
