Good morning. I am an Extra customer and I have to say that your app really sucks in every way.
1) Forwarded messages remain undelivered for a long time and are never notified or read.
2) The same goes for messages sent to me that I do not receive, and therefore cannot read, creating embarrassing situations.
3) It is difficult to maintain a long-lasting connection because the app often crashes.
It may be acceptable for those who do not have a subscription, but as a paying customer, I would prefer a better service.
I would kindly ask you to release an update to fix these issues.
Cancellation of the Extra subscription is possible, and you would lose a customer.
