Stop the turn on notifications
Its annoying I have it off because I let people use my phone all the time or show them pictures etc and maybe my gf and i don't want the general public knowing about our sex life especially living in a very conservative part of our state where people get beat for being gay or bi. If i click turn off notifications i dont need you guys asking me to turn it on every single time i open the app or back out of a conversation. Ether you get rid of thay annoying notification request or ill just use a different app.

Another example of how horrible this company is - they couldn't give a crap about you being outed or an inappropriate message being shown - this company is purely about trying to get you addicted and constantly engaged so that you spend all your day on it. They don't respect your decisions. Why does Grindr not respect consent? - No mean's no. Why does that not apply to the corporate world. I've got a website that helps you to turn off ads on grindr but also to show you how to create seperate accounts as most people who get banned aren't even banned for legit reason and trying to speak to their support in a third world country is more horrible than chatting to CHAT gpt with their scripts they read and regurgitate By the way - they know that you won't find another APP, thats why they do it.
