Lately, though, going out on the town has become a fiasco. You’re lucky to avoid multiple gaggles of straight women, decked out in tiaras and sashes, completely out of control for bachelorette parties. They're turnt up, drunk, howling, bounding around like bulls in a china shop, and squealing with unbridled delight every time someone brings them more shots.

I recently took my elderly parents to a favorite, classic restaurant—a place that’s been around forever. Inside this modest, usually classy spot, there were *four* bachelorette parties, one in each corner. My folks hated every minute. The music was cranked up to drown out the giddy, guffawing gals in these groups, making it nearly impossible to hear each other. We had to lean in close to filter out the noise. We plowed through our meals, got the check, and left as fast as we could, still stunned by the chaos inside that had invaded this once warm, welcoming space.

You can imagine what they’re like later in the evening when they stumble out to the gay bars to gaze and gawk at the local denizens, like drunk and horny haridans on safari.

Grindr is starting to feel like that.

This was meant to be an app for gay men because we needed a place just for us. There are other apps like taime that are available for transgender people. No, let's not keep it that way. Let gaming have their onespace in this world. For just them. go find your own app. You'll run the gay bars period there's no place for gay men to go to just be around other gay men period without straight influence without female influence. Without some guy pretending hes a girl or some girl. Pretending hes a guy a lot of us.
