How about some system whereby I could arrange a regular monthly payment to you in return for which you supply me with a working app that doesn’t crash losing all me conversations at least once a week!
You could pair this with a customer service desk that actually tells you what’s a going on and a complaints team that actually listen. You will not be the only game in town for ever, at present the minute a credible competitor presents, you customer base will desert you in miliseconds because you’ve treated us all like mugs for last year.
