Ethnicity Filter
Please bring the ethnicity filter back. Many people have "ideal types" and ethnicity is part of that "ideal type" that they are looking for. Some people are just attracted to certain ethnicities. I believe it will improve the search results for many Grindr users.
Better Account Banning/Suspension Process
I just had a suggestion of improvement for the Grindr app and I really think if the Grindr app considered this, it would help the app be much more pleasant and enjoyable by many Grindr users.
Grindr has been having a major issue with banning and suspending accounts. For quite a while, I have seen many blogs and forums of complaints about account bans and suspensions and there has been many people having a problem with their accounts being wrongfully banned or suspended and they have done nothing wrong. It seems that other Grindr users can report you wrongfully without you knowing what you did to offend them and they can make up false accusations about you to cause your account to be wrongfully banned or suspended for no valid reason and you haven't done anything wrong and haven't violated any of Grindr's community guidelines.
What I was suggesting as an improvement for the Grindr app, if a Grindr user that thinks you are harassing them, there should be an option on Grindr before you can report them, that says something like Warn User of Harassment (or whatever they are doing, spamming, etc.) so that they know to stop bothering that user. Then you have to accept the warning so the other person know that you were warned first about what you are doing and accepted the warning. Once you are warned first and then if you keep bothering that user after you are warned, then the user should be able to report you after you were warned first.
If you receive a warning from somebody about falsely harassing them and you have not done so, then there should be an option to dispute this warning with Grindr Support with proof such as a screenshot of your chat with the person to prove you are telling the truth and being honest so the warning can be cancelled against you.
I think this will help a lot of people to not be wrongfully banned from other people falsely reporting them for no good reason when they don't know why or that they are bothering that person.

Grindr should allow all users to block as many profiles as they want or need to. It will help Grindr users have better search results and help keep the profiles that you don't want to see from taking up unnecessary space when that space could be used for another potential interest.

Hi Huss, I'm very sorry Grindr banned you as well. Just earlier this year, probably between January to June, it would usually take them less than 24 hours but no longer than 1 day to lift the ban on your account, but something has changed. It has never been this bad, and I think Grindr must have changed customer support personnel policies or something, because it has been over a month since I was last banned and I recently created two additional accounts and they've banned those as well less than 1 week and I paid for their subscription on all three accounts and they banned all of them. Something definitely has changed and not in a good way. They are not helping account users properly and I really think they are cheating and scamming users out of their money and that's illegal and they should be either sued or shut down for this, because that's not okay at all. Grindr definitely has a banning problem and they are not managing support correctly. They don't even tell you what you have done to violate their community guidelines and rules and don't show proof, so without proof they are falsely accusing you for no reason. I really hope Grindr support lifts the ban on your account. I am also still trying to have my bans lifted as well, but lately nothing has been working, the appeals have lately been all rejected. Such bad support they have for sure.
