Restore old viewed me
The old viewed me was much better than the big block

Whats the point of having the viewed me option if you can't even open up the profile of the last person that viewed you? If you ask me the viewed me section is just bait to make people pay up. Corporate greed at it's finest!!!

You already over charge for your app. Why do u want to keep adding pay walls to your users. Enough is enough

Just had an idea for a feature that I’d really enjoy. Many times I forget that I already viewed a profile, so I will click on it for a second time. Then I remember that I’m not interested at the moment, but don’t want to block the user. A Grindr feature that either showed profiles that I’ve viewed recently directly on the grid (similar to the eye that appears when a profile has viewed me) or a way to snooze or hide users for a day, week, etc, so I don’t keep showing up in their viewed list.

I feel like you should be able to message the people that view you but obviously unless they are using incognito

Remove the 'who viewed me' feature. It discourages browsing if you are not at that point interested in chatting, as the person you click on might think you have no interest, whereas you may want to message them at a later date. Also means that there's not a way of blocking without signifying to them that you have clicked on their profile.

If somebody viewed me I should be able to txt them. The most money hungry limited app ever. This app wants my cc not happy men

What is the point of having a who viewed you option if you need to pay to message them. It's ridiculous. This should be free. This entire piece of 💩 app should be free anyway. Just pay once to download and join. If you deactivate them you just pay to rejoin. The app is full of women (trans and cis) why would I want to pay for any of that crap.

I am afraid to set my real picture as my profile photo because I worry someone who lives nearby and knows me personally may recognize me and later harras me since I'm not out. I want a feature using which I can restrict all people who live near me from viewing my profile photo and only people who live at least 2 KM away are able to see it. That way I will be able to have a more holistic and fulfilling experience on this app.

Why do I have to block every single person who viewed me one at a time before I can see the next person on that list. By the time I circle back they think I'm blocking them and block me, so no one gets to talk, it's the most backwards thing I've ever witnessed. I won't renew because of that.

add a button similar to "Viewed Me" icon but it's the "viewed them" button

Since you only allow five viewed you profiles you should make them all meaning of five available to be able to view but once they're in the 6th or past that they're done

For membership subscribers we can no longer see from the “viewed you” screen when someone viewed our profile. You now have to go onto their profile to see when they viewed you.

Currently, when I block someome he can see my pics in the "viewers" eye icon.
I think its a bug. The person that I blocked can see that im no longer available and understand that I blocked him. Its would be nice to be able to block someone without them knowing, to avoid hurting their feelings. -

At the top of the app there's the "viewed me" button - the icon of an eye and a counter. This every few seconds changes to show the display picture of the last profile who viewed mine. However sometimes when I click the button, this profile does not appear anywhere on the list - which makes me think it might it might have been an incognito profile.

The number of people who have visited your profile can sometimes dissuade you from continuing using the app; it's good to see who has tapped you / how many folks have, but the visitor count can feel like how many guys saw you and passed, and that can start to be way less sexy, fast

Why has this option disappeared?

What the F***. Why does the “viewed me opt out” feature randomly disappear with no F******* notice?!?!? So, unbeknownst to me my abuser all of a sudden now sees my profile and the approx location. The feature allows me to keep an eye one an unsafe person so 1) i know that person is not near me 2) I could do so without drawing attention to myself.
But lets guess what will happen…Grindr will continue to pat itself on the back for going above and beyond to promote safety just after my issue is never addressed and deleted so no one can read.
