Give users a warning first before banning
Grindr should give users a warning first before banning
How would you like to be falsely accused of something you didn’t do
The police can easy do a background check on your phone and on Grindr banned account
We’re happy to say that we now have warnings for harassing, bullying, and discriminatory behavior.

I never received a warning. I was just banned, and it’s over two years emailing support. Same generic responses!

Indeed, a warning should be given before blocking a profile. Even the police give a warning before boarding. Once I had to talk to one of the call centers at Princeton University, I was rude in my conversation, but I was tactfully warned that if this continued, my document would not be accepted for consideration by the election commission https://wow24-7.io/customer-support-for-ecommerce This attitude forced me to be tactful and polite. As a result, I am now a student of the most prestigious university

So what's going on here?

I just received a warning, accusing me of harassing someone, I have done no such thing. They don't show any evidence, just accusations with no proof whatsoever. I don't think that's right at all. If you're going to accuse someone of doing something, then show them what they did.

That is bull shit now that I guess they have enough money from people like me and others more who paid the subscription and is not cheap I had been banned twice the first time I didn’t realized that I was banned because I noticed weeks after. The second one was when I was getting back from the USA and as soon I landed I open the app to see is it was happening and then I was chatting with this guy and then we exchanged pictures and meanwhileI was getting into the train to takes me home, while I got the ticket and run to catch the train and then when I was sitting and relax I try to see if I was meeting with the guy. And surprise I got banned and just few days after I paid my 6 months membership and I sent an email to get some reason the why I was banned and no response at all. And I sent like 3 emails and I just didn’t care about the reason why I was banned I figured out they I was not a model for the guy or for Grindr. And I just wanted my money back!! And nothing happen I got banned and they never returned the money

I would like to suggest that before banning someone I hope that next time there should be a written or a warning so it will be fair for everyone. I know that followed the community guidelines and my profile is not a fake one too

Yes how would you feel if you paid for the premium membership twice 300$ for a year , someone entraps you by bringing up drugs in the conversation and instead
Of asking you anything about it after being reported by the person who has it out to get you they ban you without question twice I paid 600 in one year tried to escalate the complaint to a manager or somone who’s in control there , they didn’t care they blocked my email from contacting there company and I got no refund this was 3 months into each member ship paid. -

Does it means that fake profiles will know when they are flagged? In case of suspicious account, there could be more verification to make sure the profile is real.
Furthermore, use some techniques to know if the images are used in multiple profiles... or to know if people are geosproofing...

Grindr is allowing the violation of California Penal Code 647 (b). Including that of exploitation of minors. They will ban your account for bringing it to their attention. There's an ongoing FBI Investigation into grindr. They have deployed nearly 30 officials on the platform and have already gather enough evidence to completely criminally charge and hold grindr liable for their lack of actions. Finally. Hypothetically speaking, a paper ran across my desk this morning.

Grindr is violating its own community guidelines. Unfortunately it has come to my attention that Grindr is violating it own community guidelines. You have a strict policy against Private Information oh like the following "prompting users to visit outside links, or any kind of spamming or scamming will get you banned." Or Promotion and Solicitation
"We appreciate a good side-hustle, and it’s cool to invite people to an event you’re going to, but don’t spam our users with links or use Grindr to advertise your business. Nobody’s here for that.
"Sexual or financial solicitation is unlawful and is completely prohibited." Grindr is for personal, non-commercial use only.
We prohibit using Grindr to conduct research, or to promote a business, club, event, contest, or organization. This includes unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or other solicitation material, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements, charity requests, and petitions for signatures, and surveying or requests to participate in surveys or studies.
We consider solicitation to include massage services, escort services, Only Fans links, cam shows, Venmo or PayPal links, sugar daddy/baby arrangements, Amazon or other wishlist links, or direct links or requests for donations. These are all prohibited.
Finally, we do not allow:
Images that are advertising items or services for sale, focusing mainly on a product logo or brand, featuring website addresses for a particular company.Images depicting or focused on cash, credit cards, etc."
But it seems like every time I report an account for violating your community guidelines you don't ban them, you allow those Advertisements to come back, onto your app every time I open the app they keep showing up so tell me isn't that a violation of your own community guidelines and yet you are ignoring this and you decide to ban an innocent victim of your community guidelines? That is not ok so why is it that you keep letting all these Spam profiles to be created and to continue to violating your community guidelines?

My advice to anyone on Grindr is get off Grindr. This is just a sleazy company preying on your sexual weakness's. Don't support them

Just got banned last night. I have followed rules, stayed kind to even those I don't want to interact with, and was building a friendship but now I can't continue that friendship. There was no warning for my ban, and my device is blocked so I can't even make a new account. Support is also very slow to get back to me after an initial email to prove its my email.

I hot banned as well, and I had to start a new account. Was too happy at all!
Grinder team should be fair with everyone and should investigate the issue.
